ANTONIA'S POV

After my mother and I talked, I rested for a while before entering the room. I saw Michelle talking on her cellphone. I went to the cabinet to put our clothes in there. I pretended not to hear anything. I raised my eyebrows when I heard the name Melissa. What does this woman need? Tanong ko sa sarili ko. I leaned on the couch. Trying to calm myself with the things on my mind. I stared at the ceiling. I remembered my mother and I talking to a while ago. "Ann. Nandito na pala si Irfan. Kagabi siya dumating. Nagpunta siya dito hinahanap ka." Naalala kung sabi nito.

Seven years ago, Irfan left for Canada. Ifran is my best friend since childhood. Our parents are also best friends since college. Irfan and I grew up always together, so it was inevitable that other people would tempt us to be lovers . As I grew older, my feelings for Irfan gradually changed. "Miss, are you okay? said the voice behind me. I didn't pay attention to it. I just continued to cry. After a while, I saw a white handkerchief in front of me. I looked up and saw a girl there. who was almost my age smiling at me as she handed me the handkerchief.

"Go ahead and take it." She said in a gentle voice. I took the handkerchief and wiped the tears from my eyes.

"Salamat" Sabi ko sa kanya habang na hikbi. Ngumiti ito. "Okay ka na ba?" Tanong nito na may pag aalala sa mukha

"Okay na ako." Ang sabi ko sa medyo paos na boses.

"Buti nman." Sabi nito habang nakangiti. "Ako nga pala si Michelle" Pagpapakilala nito sabay abot sa kamay niya. Inabot ko ang kamay niya "A-Antonia" tugon ko sa kanya.

"Nice meeting you, Antonia," Sabi nito sa malumanay na boses. Tumango lang ako bilang tugon sa sinabi niya.

"Antonia, kailangan ko ng umalis. Sayo na yang panyo remembrance ko kaya ingatan mo yan ha." Sabi nito habang nakangiti.
