Chapter VII
꧁꧂
O how beautiful it was
When it felt like years
Of me loving you
And you stealing my drearsHow strikingly lovely
When dimples told our hearts
That we were bound to be;
Chasing cars and catching dartsO how shimmering it was
Your eyes that glitter
Leaving me stunned
And in love in e'ery flickerTouching fire, grasping water
Hear me, you would be flattered
Calm, behave, unbothered
You made all things quite betterHow mysteriously rare
Your bright laugh
Your little touch
The charm when you test my bluffO how beautifully tragic
The wrong tongues
The wrong theories
Troubling the pace in my lungsStopping time, losing control
Believe me, I tried
To stop, think, conceal
But oh I love you whilst the strideO, heartbreakingly beautiful;
The misleading
The end-threatening
Was all part of this love storyAs we ammend what went wrong, I'd like to see where this will take us, dear blue.
