"You did what" Rosalind hit her brother. He was telling her about how he snatched away from Miranda.

"I know it was dumb but I don't know why I did it" He sighed

"You still in love with your ex wife" She asked

"No of course not"

"Ben taking off your ring is a sign you aren't attached" She touched his shoulder

"Ros, I was so in love with this woman 15 years ago. And now it is all rushing back and I'm scared"

"That's why you snatched your hand. You're scared" She sighed "But Ben don't you think she's scared too. I mean she broke up with you all those years ago. You're here. Your 13 year old son is here. And you're ex wife is here"

"My ex wife" Ben raised an eyebrow

"That ring. You bring your ex wife everywhere you go when you wear it" She shook her head

"If I take this ring off then, it's real. All the hurt of Miranda Bailey combined with the hurt of my divorce will come"

"She's hurting right now. She's ready to go all in with you but you're holding on to L.A"

"My life is there"

"Your life was here Benji. You ran to L.A to hide and then rushed to build a life there. You weren't ready for that marriage and you certainly weren't ready for Jamin"

"Why is it that at the end of this I end up feeling guilty"

"Because you are" Rosalind shrugged

While Ben was getting lectured by his sister. Jamin, Tuck, and Joey were making their way back to the hospital.

"Yo mom is back" Tuck pointed to her car as they drove into the parking lot. They parked and made their way into the hospital. They walked to Miranda's office with an extra burger in a bag for her.

"Mom we brought you lunch" Tuck knocked as they walked in

"Aww my boys" She smiled and hugged him and Joey

"You been crying" Joey looked at her

"What happened" Jamin asked

"Oh Jay-man didn't notice you" She hugged him

"Why were you crying" Tuck asked again more assertively

"I'm being paged. So why don't you guys head on home and I'll see you later" She grabbed her lab coat and headed towards her door

"His dad isn't here though" Tuck pointed to Jamin

"Just take him and call your father to let him know" She walked out

"He did something" Jamin sighed

"Hey don't worry" Joey gave him a pat on the back

As they were leaving they saw Ben talking to Jackson. They shook hands and Jackson walked away

"Dad" Jamin walked over

"Hey buddy there you are" He hugged his son

"What did you do to Chief B"

"Remember when we talked about grown folks business"

"Were you accepting his offer" Jamin asked

"Well yes, but I will be doing it from L.A" Ben swallowed hard knowing his son was going to be disappointed. But he wasn't ready to leave the place he made his home.

"What about you and Chief B" His voice cracked

"Jamin" Ben tried to out his hand on his son's shoulder
