Armed Forces Parliament, High Charity, Coruscant January 19th, 2570

Thrawn looked around at his fellow officers and colleagues into what is now known as 'Federation Space' and 'Axur Space'. Already, he can see plans that were being come into being as the Admirals and General's of the USR plan their next move. And besides him are Cole, Yarrik, Hood, Grevious, and many others.

After the Covenant was disbanded, the USR made what used to be the Council Chamber into a Military office and remodeled it to fit for the new Military High Command. Instead of the lavish purple and pink lighting of the Covenant and expansion of the council memebers up above, The USR repaint it to a steel grey with a Holo map standing across the Galaxy, monitoring crisis, piracy, and Battles that are happening. Now, they are focusing both on Earth and the Two Factions that are hostile.

"I think the next move for defending Earth from either an Axur or the Federation attack is two make a staggered line. given that one have fleets that are meant for the extermination fleet, which means they have Covenant style weapons. So having a what the humans called a trench line is paplable." One Genral, an Asari, stated.

"What kind of plan is that T'esor? There are many flaws in that plan." A Turian admiral said. "First of, how are we going to do that if we have to be reinforcements?"

"Calm yourself, Tiblin. She's only a minor and just got her general status a few Galactic days ago." A Sangheili General reasoned.

"He is right, though." A human captain quipped. "There is no way we can pull that off if we want to make the Federation think that we're new to the Galaxy at large."

"Then perhaps we won't be new." Thrawn announced, causing many within the Chambers to look at him.

"Explain." An ethereal named Caius asks.

"The Federation met Humanity during the Cold War and the Zin incursion. And they rightfully thought that they wiped themselves off. And that was centuries ago. The fact the Federation met them in that time frame, and the technology humanity has now, combined with their ambition, will make them believe that humanities' cold war didn't end." Thrawn elaborated, getting the realization of the other officers.

"Of course." Cole exclaims. "In that conflict, the two superpowers will have one advantage over the other, combined with colonization-"

"-And there will be multiple conoloies." Thrawn finished with an unnoticeable smile.

"And by having multiple conoloies have more ships."  Caius added.

"That can work. But that means the Federation knows we have more then they have known, so Cole Protocol can be enacted for the Safe keeping pf the Colonies and Coruscant." Yarrik states.

"That's why I propose the old ships of the Covenant war to be put into service again." Thrawn announced, causing everyone to look at him in shock.

"WHAT!?" Almost everyone shouted.

"What kind of proposal is that, Thrawn? You know that those old ships are scheduled to be scrap within the next Galactic month!" Cole exclaims.

"I know." Thrawn agreed. "And those ships can make Humanity more alone then they should."

"Of course." Yarrik realized. "Early USR ships during and before that conflict had either Titanium B armor with an Elerium Core mixed with a Delfetor shield. It's not very good for shielding against kinetics but more then enough for the Plasma weaponry. And the Titanium B armor will be more than enough to protect the ships from a few early war MACs."

"And add the fact that we have an Ion Cannon on luna to be used at any minute, we can lure them into its line of fire." Tiblin quipped.

"So, we have a plan for the defensive part. What about offensive?" Hood question as he looks around the War room.
