the Govenor's meeting Room, Venlil Prime, April 8th, 2570

Tarva stood tall, flanked by representatives from various Federation species who had formed alliances or expressed a desire for diplomatic engagement with humanity. Noah, ever the intermediary, stood by her side, ready to assist in the discussions.

Ambassador Gramick, a Leshe spoke up. "Tarva, we share your concerns about the humans, while they may be Predators, I wouldn't' condone what Solvin did."

Tarva nodded appreciatively. "Your support is crucial, Ambassador Gralnak. We need a united front in this so that Humanity and their friends have a say."

Representative Halmina, a Fissin, added, "Our people have faced the Axur in the past. If there's a need for coordinated military action or strategic intelligence sharing, the Aethralans stand with you."

Noah chimed in, "Collaboration is key. We've seen the Axur's cunning strategies, and a joint effort will enhance our chances of success. We appreciate the solidarity from you."

Ambassador Rovak, a grizzled Kreve, spoke with a deep, resonant voice. "The Krylans have faced formidable adversaries before. We're prepared to contribute our military expertise and technology to bolster the defense against the Axur."

Tarva acknowledged their collective commitment. "Thank you, everyone. Together, we can create a formidable force to protect our shared interests. The Axur may be cunning, but they have not faced a united front like ours."

"But before we talked about any of that, can you tell us what the USR is, no secrets from now on." Cupo said to the human.

"Fine, but try your best not to freak out." Nolan said before having putting on his hand on his earpiece. "Bring the rest of the USR here." He said.

As Nolan spoke into his earpiece, representatives from various factions of the United Systems Republic (USR) started to assemble in the diplomatic chamber. Each ambassador carried a distinct aura representing their species and the diversity within the coalition.

Havu, the Viper diplomat, with her serpentine grace, approached first.

Titus, an Eatheral, floated beside her.

Drakeur Froster, a Regent, walked in with a measured pace.

Kaksar Draggu, a Krogan,followed suit.

Pamak, an Unggoy, kept pace beside the others.

Xure 'Zanom, a Sangheili, entered with a sense of honor.

Quarn Kauts, a Proelios, moved with precision.

Xera, a female Sectoid, entered quietly.

Rundar, a Muton completed the ensemble of the USR for now.

Cupo observed the assembly with a mix of awe and apprehension. "This is quite the gathering. Are these all different factions within your coalition?"

Nolan nodded, "Yes, Cupo. The USR is a coalition of various species, each contributing their strengths to a unified cause. Cooperation and mutual understanding are the cornerstones of our alliance. these are just few of our members."

Havu spoke with a hissing yet melodic voice, "We stand united against threats that transcend individual species. The Axur, as you've witnessed, is one such threat."

"Our collaboration ensures a collective response to challenges. The USR is founded on principles of equality, cooperation, and shared defense." Titus added.

"In times of crisis, our combined strength becomes a formidable shield. We've faced adversaries that threatened our respective worlds, and the USR was born out of necessity." Drakeur addressed.
