Leah was showing y/n around the facilities when y/n bumped into someone ....

Y/n: Sorry about that

G: Hey Y/n ... I'm Gio and don't worry about it .

Y/n: Okay sorry Gio . I will see you around .

L: Gio is super friendly so don't worry about that .

Gio walks off as y/n and Leah keeps walking around and they head out onto the pitches to join the others

J: Hi girls , today's session is going to be running and then a practice match at the end .

K: Running , seriously Jonas ??

J: Yeah to keep you all match ready. Now I want five laps of this pitch please ... Off you go

Everyone runs around five times and you suprise everyone with how fast you ran as you finished before everyone else

B: Wow y/n where did you get your pace from ?

Y/n: Yeah it was just days of working hard I guess

A: She has always been this quick so we had no chance really girls

L: Even I struggled to keep up

J: Now that's running done and now we are going to be doing 5 Vs 5 mini games .

Team 1 are against team 2 in the first game .

Y/n and russo combine to get past McCabe and y/n is away but McCabe brings y/n down with a nasty tackle from behind

Y/n: Owwwwwww

K: Sorry y/n

Y/n: It's okay ... That's nice welcome * she laughs

J: You okay y/n , your limping a lot

Y/n: Il be fine , il just run it off

Team 2 are attacking the other goal when y/n sits herself down with no one near her and she's punching the ground

Y/n: My bloody ankle again

Jonas  stops the game and makes sure y/n is okay

J: You okay y/n?

Y/n: No it's my ankle still hurting from earlier

K: I'm so sorry y/n ... I can be a bit rough at times with my tackles

Y/n: Please stop apologising it's okay Katie

K: Okay let's get you into the treatment room

Y/n is helped by medical staff and taken to the medical room to have some scans and checks on her ankle

An hour has passed and the medical staff have the results of your checks back

Med: Y/n I am pleased to tell you that there is nothing seriously wrong with your ankle . There is some bruising but I believe that's all there is .

Y/n: That's a relief . How long do I have to rest for?

Med: You should be okay to keep training aslong as you bandage it up but if it does get any worse then please come to us .

Y/n: Okay yes I will do

Y/n leaves the medical room with her ankle bandaged up and notices everyone is back inside

Y/n: Has training finished?

A: Yes it has Y/n

K: How's your ankle y/n ?

Y/n: It's just bruised thankfully

K: Okay that's good news

Y/n: It's part of football so don't worry about it .

Everyone leaves and you stay with Alessia again

A: You did really well today

Y/n: Thank you , you did well too

A: Thank you

You watch a movie and then head to bed
