It's the next morning...
You wake up to find your alone in your room so you head down to breakfast...
You arrive at breakfast and are greeted by Leah who is selecting what to have for breakfast
L: Hey y/n , did you sleep well ?
Y/n: I slept okay thanks , how about you?
L: Yeah not too bad . Can we keep what happened last night between us ?
Y/n: Of course
L: Thanks y/n
Y/n: No worries Leah
It's the next day and England are playing at Wembley against Ireland
You and the England girls are lining up in the tunnel and Y/n is on the bench ...
Y/n makes her way past the team to make her way to the bench when she hears someone say "hello"
Y/n turns around and it's Katie McCabe
Y/n: Hi Katie ... I would wish you good luck but were not on the same team now
K: That's understandable, I just hope you don't come on and embarrass me * she laughs
Y/n: I can't promise that * y/n laughs
The game starts
17 minutes in and Chloe Kelly scores a penalty after Ella Toone was fouled
The rest of the first half is just England keeping the ball away from Ireland
Half time England 1-0 Ireland
S: Good half but I know we can be better . We need to get another one or two to secure the game . Y/n and Russo go get ready your coming on at half time and Daly and Toone you are coming off .
The second half starts and the first twenty minutes are pretty equal with both teams keeping possession but not making many chances
In the 71st minute... Ireland get a corner and it's Katie McCabe to take it ...
It goes all the way into the goal ... It's 1-1
The game resumes ....
It's the 88th minute and Y/n splits the Irish defence with a great ball over the top towards Russo who chips the goalkeeper to make it 2-1 and Wembley goes wild ....
5 minutes later the ref blows the whistle and it's full time and England have won 2-1.
Y/n goes around and shakes everyone's hand and she comes across Katie
K: Well done y/n
Y/n: How did you score that corner ?
K: My magic left foot y/n * she laughs
Y/n: It was a great goal .. I will see you later
K: See you in the summer
Y/n: Yeah you will
Y/n feels sad as she realised she has to stay with Gio at Villa until the summer but Y/n would see Gio again sooner rather than kater .....
