Lana sat in her cell, needle and thread in hand as she mended a hole in her backpack. After Daryl and Oliver had finally returned from the vet clinic with medicine, Oliver immediately rushed to Lana's side, giving her the first dose before anyone else.

Her illness had practically disappeared, but she lingered in her cell from Rick's instructions. He wanted to make sure that there was absolutely no risk of anyone else being infected, so everyone previously confined to cell block D had to spend an extra week in there. Lana didn't mind all that much, but she was missing being able to walk around outside.

Oliver visited whenever he could, but he was still a doctor, and there were other people in there that needed his help way more than her.

A thunderous explosion reverberated through the prison walls, its deafening roar setting off a chain reaction of chaos within the cell block. The very foundation seemed to tremble, sending shockwaves through the air that jolted everyone from what they were doing. The cacophony of panicked voices and the distant sounds of sobbing below drowned out any of Lana's thoughts.
