Prof. Avengoza's POV

I think it's not a bad idea to have a hangout with Callen. From my perspective, I only agreed because we will go out outside the university. But in professional view—mali na napapalapit ako sa kanya lalo na kapag nasa university kami.

Pero na sa akin pa rin ang last decision, right? Kayang-kaya ko naman talaga siya iwasan.

It's just that I can't do it.

Or it's just, I don't want it?

Callen invited me to her unit dahil daw parehas kami nabasa ng ulan. The thought of being with her again on her condo makes me shiver.

Pagpasok namin sa loob ng unit niya hinawakan niya kamay ko papunta sa guest room. Then she went to closet and handed me a printed sleepwear and said that she'll go to her room to change clothes as well.

Hindi naman ako namumulubi sa damit pero every time na lang yata to the rescue si Callen na pahiramin ako para lang masiguro niyang komportable ako.

I don't know with me but I just found myself smiling.

Lumabas na rin ako ng guest room after magpalit para tingnan kung nasa sala ba si Callen. Sakto naman nakita ko lang din siya sa couch.

As usual she invited me to just sleep here tonight at her condo. Nagdahilan pa ako na Monday bukas pero ihahatid daw niya ako ng maaga sa amin.

When I asked her why she was still wearing that sour mood she said ruined the night daw dahil hindi niya alam na uulan. I laughed, god..she's so hopeless.

Sinabi ko na lang yung tungkol sa tulips. I think she should get the idea that I appreciate it a lot because Travis whom I've spent a lot of years with never actually thought of giving me that color.

They got the same idea of inviting me to a rooftop date, but I felt more special when Callen did the same.

Basta ang sumunod lang na nangyari nakapatong yung kamay ko sa bandang tuhod ni Callen.

Well? I'm just assuring her!

Kaya naman binawi ko rin agad kamay ko like why would I do that?

"Can I kiss you?" Glad she's still asking for consent but I quickly responded by saying, "No?"

"You sounded so unsure."

The next thing I knew she crashed her lips to mine.

I kissed back for some reason and I just knew our kiss was getting deeper as she slowly lay me down on the couch. We both know where this thing will lead later on but we just stopped when we heard a ring outside.

Does she expect someone at this hour?

Umalis na siya sa ibabaw ko para tingnan kung sino man yung nag-doorbell. I exhaled heavily because I kinda feel upset that we got interrupted.

Kayleigh..you didn't just think of that, right?

But nothing could surprise me more when Callen said it was Claire who rang the doorbell outside. I thought she was just trolling around and when I got to see the girl on the screen, it was indeed Claire—my dear cousin.

I asked Callen how did Claire knew her unit number but she just replied, "Wala akong idea, Mommy."

She's testing my patience by calling me that. I pointed out her forming bulge and gave her a stern look.
