Izzy was sitting in the hospital and getting her wounds treated. Her doctor asked what had happened but Izzy just said 'A little fight with the seniors.' The doctor didn't ask more. After she was done, she went out. One of the doctors stopped her and said 'Izzy I think, you should visit your brother.' Izzy replied 'Not now, I will come soon. When it's time.'
The doctor replied 'There isn't any right time to meet your own brother Izzy. You shouldn't be doing this to yourself. You never know what tomorrow might hold.' Izzy stared at the doctor and replied 'Everyone in this building is very talented and smart, including you doctor. I know the only tomorrow that will happen is when Izaiah wakes up.'
Izzy was walking outside the hospital went she saw Luiz outside, he didn't see her. The doctor who saw Izzy stop walked towards her saying 'So did you change your mind?' He then looked at where Izzy was looking and said 'Oh, do you know him?' Izzy nodded and said 'Why does he come here often?' The doctor replied 'He comes here often. He says he knows Izaiah and wants to visit him but we don't let him.' Izzy look's at the doctor saying 'He knows Izaiah's here?' The doctor nods.
Izzy dashed toward Luiz, halting him in his tracks. Catching his gaze, he noticed her bandaged wounds. "Izzy, are you okay? How did you get hurt?" Luiz asked with concern.
"I don't think that's your concern, Luiz. What are you doing here?" Izzy retorted. Luiz remained silent, prompting Izzy to add, "I know you've been coming here to see Izaiah. Didn't you know he transferred to another school?"
"I didn't realize you could be sarcastic, Izzy. Yes, I knew about Izaiah. I've been trying to see him, but the hospital won't allow it," Luiz replied.
"People like you don't deserve to visit him. I know everything, Luiz. You've never excelled academically, have you? So, how did you suddenly get into class 1?" Izzy questioned.
"Izaiah helped me study, Izzy. That's how," Luiz responded.
"No, Luiz. Your father, Mr. Sanders, the chairman of the school, ordered the principal to manipulate your marks. My brother was the victim of it. When you got into class 1, Izaiah was transferred to class 2," Izzy explained, her disbelief evident.
Luiz's face drained of color. "My father couldn't do that, Izzy," he protested.
"He did, Luiz! You're one of the reasons why my brother is in this state!" Izzy yelled, ready to walk away.
As she turned to leave, Luiz grabbed her wrist, pulling her back. Gently holding both her shoulders, he leaned in close. "If my dad did do it, I'll make it right, Izzy."
Izzy walked away, leaving Luiz whispering to himself as he watched her depart, "I'm just glad you're his sister."
The following day at school, Izzy found herself seated alone without her usual circle of friends surrounding her. Luiz remained beside her, yet the silence between them was palpable. Soon, Luiz was beckoned by Blake and the others to join them. However, Luiz attempted to explain to the group that Izzy likely had valid reasons for her actions.
Meanwhile, news about the happenings at Saebom High School had circulated widely. Students from other schools were aware of the situation, including details about Izaiah. These discussions were prevalent within the student community, although parents and teachers remained oblivious to these developments.
Videos featuring Izabella surfaced, capturing moments from both Shinhwa High School and Saebom High School. Some videos depicted her involvement in altercations, including incidents where she fought alongside Grey and others. Among these clips was the recent footage showing Izzy confronting Chris and Vivian, revealing a startlingly fierce anger in her expression during the altercation.
Chris was absent from school, and although Vivian was present, she opted to remain silent when questioned by other students. Darren and Summer chose to ignore Vivian, preferring to spend time together without interacting with Izabella.
The atmosphere around Izabella seemed to undergo a drastic shift. Students began avoiding her, their fear palpable in their hesitant interactions. Even the juniors, who once approached her freely, now held back. Her friends, those she needed most at that moment, seemed perplexed and distant, caught in a whirlwind of confusion. The image they once had of Izzy, a friendly yet introverted girl who struggled to open up quickly but was always kind and considerate, had morphed into someone else – someone who fought and caused harm. It wasn't hatred or dislike that they felt; rather, they were simply bewildered.
Entering the cafeteria, Izzy spotted her friends gathered together, sharing a meal. Luiz noticed her and approached, inviting her to join them as he'd already brought her lunch. Izzy didn't respond, but as she was about to sit down, Nina stood up abruptly, declaring, 'Let's go, guys. I don't want to sit with a liar and a bully.' Evy looked at Izzy with a pained expression, but Nina pulled her up, prompting Jade and the rest to follow suit.
However, Izzy stopped them before they could leave. 'Will you guys let me explain?' she pleaded. 'Yes, I did lie, but as my friends, you didn't even try to understand my perspective. If you want to know the truth, come to W City's hospital today.'
Izaiah was lying on the hospital bed, seemingly asleep. His face looked peaceful, yet it carried the weight of a prolonged slumber. Izzy's friends gathered around, their expressions filled with surprise and concern.
Izzy hesitated for a moment before speaking softly, 'This is my brother, Izaiah.' She glanced at her friends and continued, 'He's been here since the incident.' Her voice wavered, betraying the emotions she tried to hide. 'He hasn't woken up yet.'
Nina stepped forward, her voice filled with empathy, 'Izzy, we didn't know...' Before she could finish, Izzy interrupted, 'There's more to the story.' She led them into a small sitting area within the room. There, she recounted everything—about Izaiah's past, the struggles he faced, and the circumstances surrounding the incident that put him here.
The room was filled with a heavy silence, each of Izzy's words sinking in. As her friends listened, they saw a different side of Izzy—a sister fiercely protective of her brother, a girl who fought for justice despite the consequences. They realized they had misjudged her.
'I'm sorry, Izzy,' Evy said quietly, her eyes reflecting regret. 'We should have trusted you and listened to your side.'
Izzy smiled faintly, 'I understand. Thank you all for coming.' She looked at Izaiah, a mixture of hope and sorrow in her eyes.
Her friends stayed by her side, offering silent support, understanding that this moment was more important than any misunderstanding they might have had before.
