Last time on our journey, we entered the team rocket hideout hidden in the game corner of Celadon City. We took it head on with the assistance of Leaf and Gary in search of the silph scope. Misty and Brock also found some very important blueprints we'll need to discuss with professor Oak about in Saffron city. We also faced the main admins of team rocket which we defeated. I also had my first confrontation with Giovanni that I won. Now we continue on to Lavender Town.

Leaf:OK so the plan is to enter the tower. Beat every obstacle that comes our way including that strong ghost. Then find Mr Fuji.

Ash:Pretty much.

Gary:Well that shouldn't that difficult. All of us have pokémon or pokémon moves strong against ghost types.

Brock:Now, now guys we still need to formulate a strategy.

Misty:We'll figure it out we always do isn't that right Auro.

Auro:Yeah Misty. Don't worry Brock we'll find out our strategy on the way there.

Since, we didn't want to waste anytime we rode on our respective pokémon that have the ability to fly. Me on Charizard, Misty on Gyarados, Ash and Brock on pidgeot, Gary on his Pidgeot and Leaf on my Pidgeot. On the way there we managed to form an idea that would also work if any team rocket members showed up.

While we were still flying Brock, Ash and Gary strengthened their friendship. While Leaf and Misty became best friends due to shared interests. After 10 minutes we finally arrived at our destination.

(At Lavender Town)

Auro:*while jumping off Charizard's back*Well we're finally here. Charizard return.

We took a while to get ready by healing up our pokémon and buying healing, capture and escape items at the pokémart.

Ash:Well now that we're ready lets make a beeline for the tower. Our adventure awaits.

After he said that, Ash dashed towards the pokémon tower. With us shortly after, running and catching up to him.

Gary:Guys I heard that on the 3rd floor there should be this ancient spell in the middle of the room where we can heal our pokémon.

Auro:Gary we do have to beat all of the surrounding trainers to even get to that point.

(At the Tower)
While we were discussing Leaf looked over her shoulder to see a Gastly. While we were still not paying attention she caught it and put it in her pokémon pocket.

Auro:OK well it looks like our first battle is right up ahead.

I stepped up expecting to be the one to take it on but Leaf brushed me aside and initiated in battle.

After a solid 5 minutes they reached the climax of the battle with the shaman sending out Gastly and Leaf sending out a Gastly of her own.

Gary:When did you get that.

Misty:Exactly we were all talking to each other.

Leaf:Oh I saw it float by and I caught it.

After that short interaction her Gastly proceeded to one shot the opposing Gastly with night shade.
