Guardian Angel (Yuyeon)

Behold Beijing

During the winter it's awfully busy, with other company's who want to partner for charities, business growth and much more. Our work break had ended and we went back to work, so me, Soyeon, Ryujin and Minnie were all in the meeting room together discussing the plans for our trip over seas

"I hope you girls had good time with family, everything held up nicely while you were gone Soyoen" Ryujin said tiredly 

"Thanks you for your help Ryujin! How were the other meeting in Seoul and Busan?" Soyeon said professionally 

The younger scratched her neck and looked away from Soyoeon, and she only brings her attention back whe shes called 

"Ryujin, I asked how were the meetings" 

Her tone is cold and mean which makes a chill go down my spine. Sadly the meetings didnt go to plan and we ended up to losing a good client. Of course Soyeon was mad it means she would lose a lot of money, Minnie changes the topic to lighten the mood

"The trip to beijing is tomorrow afternoon, anyone excited?" She asks brightly

"Yes, maybe we can get a new client there" Ryujin answers fixing her hair back "besides, the chinese are our best people in business I would have no problem putting our attention more on them"

"But, that would mean more trips over seas and wasting money unnecessarily. These trips only happen twice a year for a reason, and I plan to keep it that way" Soyeon says coldly 

"Soyeon if I may add on, this is the third trip to Beijing, so what's the problem taking more?" Minnie asks kindly

Soyeon seems to be deep in thought when shes told this, Minnie then adds something else

"I think taking more trips to China while help us expand and brings profits through the roof! Dont you thi-"

Minnie is interrupted by Soyeon giving her a murderous look

"This will be the last time, it's not that I dont want to visit them, but money will be running short since we lost a good client. I pray we can find a better one in Beijing or in Bangkok, you're all dismissed" she gets up from her seat leaving to her office

Its just now us three in the room alone, it's rather silent, until Ryujin clear her throat once more breaking it

"Shall we get going? It's getting late already" she says grabbing her things 

Me and Minnie follow after her and head out the meeting room. While were all walking together Minnie separated from us to enter in Soyeons office

"I'll be a minute girls, Yuqi wait for me downstairs" she says

I nod in understanding, Ryujin and I enter the elevator heading to the first floor. The elevator speaker speaks and music comforts our surroundings until Ryujin's random outburst 

"You need to stay out my way Song" she says randomly and coldly 

Her comment catches me by surprise but at the same time, I know she lied about starting over as 'friends'. She still hates me for no reason, and i would be lying if i didnt say i hated her too

"I'm confused on what you mean. I'm not in your way" I respond calmly 

In an instant she grabs my collar and slams me against the elevator wall, slightly hurting my back. Her eyes are full of rage and hatred towards me, her arm pressing against my throat cutting off my ability to breath

"I'm warning you, stay out of my way Song Yuqi. Everything was fine until you came along so dont make it worse for yourself" she says in my face

When she finishes her threat the elevator doors open and she lets go of me and leaves as if nothing happened. That moment makes me remember of the times I had with her, nothing good just bad. After a few minutes of waiting in the lobby Minnie finally comes down with Soyeon
