Lee Nam-ra!
good morning
6:50 am
i bought you a coffee ur a little late
7:25 am
Are you okay?
8:15 am
2 missed calls

Maybe i should go see her. I went to type another message when the door opened. "Hi si-oh!" Tsetseg greeted me with a smile. I use to think her smile was so radiant but seeing Nam-ra's.

It was like comparing a flash light to the sun. "I have a problem" I said closing my phone and crossing my legs. She sat down on the sofa in front of me. "What happened?" she asked.

"She won't answer any of my calls or text. i don't know what i did wrong" i sighed. "She? Do you have a girlfriend?" Tsetseg sat up straight leaning forward.

"Something like that." i said. "Explain it maybe i can help" she said. "We fell in love while i was in high school. i never got to ask her out, i moved back to korea and left her" pain filled my chest.

"she must be so happy to have you back" The woman in front of me gleamed. "She doesn't know it's me. I went by my American name in the states." I stood up walking to my shelf.

A white mug with cherries painted on it decorating it. Nam-Ra had given it to me before she left. "Tell her the truth" Tsetseg said. "tell her the truth?" i repeated. "tell her the truth so she'll know what a bad person i am?" i turned back toward Tsetseg.

"I let her think i didn't love her. she'll never forgive me" i shook my head. "You never know. Go see her" Tsetseg said.

Third person!

Si-oh did just that, he stood in front of her office debating on wether he should go in. He couldn't tell her the truth he just hoped she wouldn't remember.

The glass door opened and Nam-Ra stood there. If you asked him he would compare her to an angel, dressed in white. Her hair was slicked into a ponytail.

"Hello Si-oh" she said. "Hi nam-ra" he said. "Is their anything i can help you with? i'm going on my lunch break" she said. "Let me treat you to lunch" he blurted.

He worked so hard to become calculated in every move he made. Yet it was still something about Nam-Ra that made him feel like the high schooler who was head over heels for his class president.

The forward-ness and the shameless flirting. He so desperately wanted to pick up where they left off. If only she had read his letter. If only he would have stayed in America with her.

"Let's go" She said and had him follow her outside. "Are you upset with me?" He asked. For someone about 9 inches shorter than him she definitely walked faster than he did.

Even with such heels on her feet her strides were quick. "No" she said. He reached out and pulled her to him. Her palm laid on his chest "i know you are".

His clone filled her nose as the two gazed at each other. Her heart hammered in her chest. "you're eyes are beautiful" she muttered. He broke off into a smile/laugh.

"you're eyes are beautiful. let's get lunch" he said loosening his grip on her wrist and waist. She cleared her throat and nodded taking a step back. The drive was a comfortable silence as the two reveled in the moment they shared.

The two stopped at a korean barbecue place as Nam-Ra claimed it was her favorite. "I have a ceremony coming up. i would like for you to attend" She said before shoving a piece of barbecued meat in her mouth.

"I'm there" he said eating his food. She looked up "i haven't given you a time or day yet" her fingers covered her lips as she chewed. "It doesn't matter what day or time," he looked up at her. "my schedule will always be open to you".

A blush filled her cheeks. "are you in love with me?" she asked boldly. "You are quite straight forward" he smiled before sipping his drink.

That topic was left in the wind as the two chatted about more personal things. Si-oh prayed she would fall in love with him all over again. That when he finally told her she would love him so much she wouldn't be angry.

Wishful thinking of course. Nam-ra thought about ways to strangle him if he was anton. If he was yet again playing with her heart. She'd never forgive him. How could she?
