"So, who do you think killed her?" Minho asked as he and Jisung were in the younger's room, comfortable under the covers as they watched School Spirits on the older's laptop. They were in the younger's dorm room simply because there was no one else there at the time. Changbin had a meeting, Hyunjin had a versace event, and chan was out with some friends, so, Jisung invited the older over despite knowing the panic he was likely to feel. And he still felt it when Minho had just arrived, but his first instinct was to smile, his stomach swirling at the mere sight of him.

"I don't know, I genuinely have no clue," Jisung replied with a shrug, "at first I thought maybe the teacher, but now I'm just so confused."

"I don't think it's the mom though," Minho shook his head, "just a gut feeling, really."

"I don't think it was her either," Jisung agreed as he glanced over at the older and just stared, not even looking away when Minho looked at him, and furrowed his eyebrows as he chuckled out a, "what?"

"Nothing," the younger one just shook his head, more to himself, trying to shake off his confusion from the moment as he looked back at the screen, "just happy we're hanging out."

"So am I," Minho smiled as he wrapped an arm around the younger's shoulders, "I'm glad I didn't do anything wrong, too. I was honestly worried you were avoiding me because of something I did."

"No," Jisung assured as he looked at the older again and shook his head, "you didn't do anything wrong."

"Good," Minho nodded with a soft smile growing on his face, "I'm glad."

The younger smiled with a nod of his own, feeling a sense of warmth surrounding him emanating from where Minho's arm rested around his shoulders, relaxing him a little more. Only for a moment though, since his anxiety started to rise at the realization that Minho was causing the warmth he'd never felt before. Jisung recognized it wasn't the older's body heat, but something different in a way he couldn't quite figure out. He swallowed nervously before forcing his vocal cords to work, "good."

Minho patted Jisung's head, causing his face to darken in color and thoughts started swirling in his head because what the fuck is wrong with me? He was starting to get almost pissed off from the pure confusion he felt over everything. Like how he got whenever he was mad, but now he was just beyond lost. He was confused about the feelings and what they meant. Why they were even there. Why he was dwelling on it at all. A spiral.

Jisung looked away from Minho and his face only heated up further when Minho chuckled, "what?"

"Nothing," the younger answered quickly, shaking his head absentmindedly.

Minho only chuckled again, "okay," and he patted Jisung's head once again, causing the rapper to smack his hand away lightly, "stop that, wh...why are you doing that?"

"Because you have a cute reaction to it," the older replied, patting his head once more to which Jisung replied by simply pouting, prompting Minho to continue, "oh, you think pouting will work? Jokes on you, I think your pouty face is cute."

"Son of a bitch," Jisung sighed, chuckling when Minho laughed at him and he felt his face heat up again, causing him to cringe in his mind.

"Okay, okay, I'll stop," Minho held his hands up in surrender, big smile plastered on his face.

"Good," Jisung hummed out, still pouting.

In response, Minho chuckled and turned back to face the computer which prompted Jisung to do the same right after. Though, he still continued to steal glances at the older despite knowing that Minho could probably see him in his peripheral vision. If he noticed though, the older didn't look at him or comment on it. Instead, he turned to the younger's nightstand on his left, smiling at the acorn decorating the surface. To be specific, the same acorn he'd given the younger a few years prior. Back when Jisung was still being compared to a squirrel. He picked it up and only then did he turn back to the younger beside him, "you still have this?"
