"Well, I should probably head back to my dorm," Minho hummed out, but he didn't move at first. if anything, Jisung could've sworn that the dancer had shifted to get more comfortable, "came over here to tell a story and ended up staying the whole day."
"Oh," Jisung chuckled, watching as Minho slowly started to stand from his bed. The older, like he said, had only arrived at his dorm a couple hours prior to talk with the leader about something Jisung couldn't even manage to remember. He hadn't even actually paid attention to the story. All that the producer knew was that he'd walked out of his room earlier that day and saw Minho practically beaming in the living room as he explained the story to Chan. bouncing on his feet as he talked with his hands. And when he noticed Jisung standing there, Minho walked over to tell him about it, too.
And instead of going back to his dorm right away, Minho asked Jisung if they could hang out for a bit. And Jisung couldn't decline; he didn't want to, more focused on the way he felt odd about seeing Minho and Chan interacting in such a manner, and how he wanted to hang out with the dancer himself, though alone. So, the duo decided to do what they do best on their days off and just watch some TV while in the younger's bed.
Jisung also did get some other work done, having written some lyrics down that had popped into his head that really only came to him because of Minho being there. And, despite not knowing how he felt about it, Jisung was fairly sure that Minho was turning into his only source of inspiration at the time. He also wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, and yet he still had managed to write a couple songs about not understanding how he feels and he wasn't sure if he was ever going to even release the said songs. He was actually super set on the idea of placing the songs into a folder he'd titled, 'Never ever seeing the light ever' or NESTLE (of course he'd added the extra 'ever' at the end so that it would spell out Nestle and he was also hoping that if anyone looked at his computer, it would confuse them long enough that Jisung could stop them before the file was opened, and more importantly, any of the files were played.
"I can stay longer if you want me to," Minho stated, pulling the younger back to the moment, "I was just planning to shower and I have something to work on, but I mean, it's not like it's dire. I can stay and hang out more still."
"You can go, it's okay," Jisung only nodded, still feeling odd and even though he wanted the older to stick around, he couldn't really find a valid excuse to keep him there, "there's actually something I was planning to work on today eventually."
It was only a small little lie, it wasn't something Jisung was actually planning on working on, but it was more like something he had an idea he wouldn't mind getting out. He just didn't want to seem like he was eager for Minho to stay. Even if part of him really did want Minho to stick around for a little longer even though they'd spent nearly every day together for nearly six years. Even though it probably wouldn't have really been weird to admit he wanted Minho to hang out a little longer since, again, they'd known each other and had been friends for nearly six years.
Minho only hummed in response and Jisung thought for a moment that it was odd. He wanted to ask, but instead pushed the thought away when the older one actually spoke, "okay, good luck then and have fun, I'll see you later."
"Right, yeah, see you," Jisung nodded as the older shut the door behind him. Jisung moved from his bed to his desk, opening his computer and pulling up his project all while trying to get the strange feeling he felt the second Minho shut the door, to go away.
If there was one thing Jisung had gotten the hang of with everything he had going on with Minho, it was distracting himself from the issue at hand. Even if only for a few minutes, because for the following hour Jisung had managed to put together a song that wasn't related to the Minho problem at all. Unfortunately, though, the second song that he put together after that, was directly related to it. Talking about distracting himself from his feelings since they were scary. And since he figured it was a good topic for a song, he decided not to put it in his secret folder, putting it in his possible releases folder instead and hoping no one would see it before he was ready.
