I woke up feeling a weight on me. I looked down seeing it was a peaceful y/n sleeping. I slowly reached over making sure not to wake up y/n grabbing my phone. I looked at the time seeing it was 9:43. I sighed thankful that we had a couple off days. I ran my hands through y/n's hair aimlessly as I scrolled through tiktok. About 35 minutes pasted and I felt y/n stir awake. I leaned down showering her face with kisses. She lightly giggled before saying "bae stop". "Good morning baby" I said as finally stopped kissing all over her face. "Morning jack, what time is it?" she said stretching. "It's like 10 something" she nodded before cuddling into my neck and kissing it a few times.
"I have something planned for us today and I want you to be ready around 5 later today" she mumbled into my neck raising my curiosity. "What did you plan y/nn?" I asked because i'm not the biggest fan of surprises. "Don't worry about it mama just know it's something you would like" she said reassuring me. "Uhm ok, but what am I supposed to wear?" I questioned because if it's a fancy occasion I need to know now so I can plan my outfit ahead of time. "Just wear your regular comfy fit it isn't a fancy thing" she said reading my mind. I nodded as we both got up and did our regular morning routines.

Y/n Pov
I'm almost done setting everything up for me and Jackie's first date and hopefully the day where we become official. I decided against having a fancy because I know how laid back she is and she doesn't like all the flashy flashy stuff. Right now I was just finishing hanging up all the lights and turning on the battery powered candles. After about 10 minutes I was done and now i'm headed back to my place to get showered and changed. After my quick shower I got changed into a decent cozy fit nothing to overboard.

I sent Jackie a quick text letting her know I was on my way to get her now. I walked down to my car and drove over to Jackie's place which was about 30 minutes away from mines.
Jackie Pov
"Girl if you don't hurry up and get dressed before she comes and picks you up" A'ja scolded me over the phone. "I know i'm trying to find something cause I don't wanna look a hot mess in front of her, especially on our first date!" I projected while panicking trying to find a outfit. A sucked her teeth before saying "now you know you could never look no kind of bad in y/n eyes jack". I just sighed before I finally found a outfit. "I think this will look good" I said more to myself. I walked into my bathroom before walking out and asking A how she think my outfit looked. "You look so good Jack now go do your hair girl" I nodded before grabbing my phone and taking it into the bathroom while I do my hair.
