Megumi: 'There's a bit of blood on the arrowhead. Kamo-san's technique must be why their paths can ignore physics.'
Kamo: You can call more than one type of shikigami at a time, right? Can't say I appreciate you holding out on me.
Megumi: 'My Demon Dog's busy with its task.' What about you? You're on your last arrow, aren't you? No one's helping you if you pass out from anemia.'
Blood Manipulation... A technique that manipulates one's blood and objects imbued with it. Fitting for one of the three major clans and their love of bloodlines.
Kamo: Don't worry about that. These are all arrows I prepared ahead of time.
Ten Shadows Technique... one of the Zen'in clan's hereditary techniques. It creates ten types of shikigami using shadows as the medium.
Kamo: "If only Maki or Mai inherited that technique...'

He flings an arrow to the wooden ceiling about Megumi, catching him off guard as parts of it fall

Blitzing to him, Kamo punches him, launching Megumi back.
Megumi: 'Damnit... he has that much power...?!'
Kamo: Nice reaction...
He opens one of his eyes, making the skin around it flare red.
Kamo: ...but stay alert.
ZZZZOOOM
Megumi: !!!
Kamo moves fast, manipulating his blood circulation to move fast, and prepares to him Megumi, only for the latter to block with his cursed tools.
Megumi: 'Was I too slow to defend with cursed energy?? With this much speed and power, he's like a different person now!!'
Kamo: Flowing Red Scale!
Megumi: You're doping!
Kamo: Very astute. But if you wish you wouldn't use such a layman's term for it.

Meanwhile in the woods...
Miwa: ...My own sword... has been taken from meeee.... 'Mai's older sister ran off somewhere... that woman was fast, too... well, I'm not much of an asset without my sword, so that was the right call... I wonder if tapioca's as good as they say...'
