The wind fiercely touched their bodies. Zero was almost on the verge of fainting from the amount of bloodshed. Solangel only counted about 50 seconds according to her height calculations for the moment she was in a precise moment to open the parachute.

Both remain embraced with strength. Although Solangel was noticing how the force of gravity praises them and little by little they were getting apart. Zero almost without strength was holding to her, while she opened the parachute.

- Zero, give me your hand it is slipping - When realizing that Zero almost did not answer she hug him and try to accommodate him the best that she could around her - I will open the parachute, hold on.

Solangel tried not to let go while gravity made it increasingly impossible for him.- Please don't fall

Later both watched as the airship was falling rapidly. Suddenly it was seen how the gondola separated from the gigantic globe and fell much faster almost completely falling apart.

The balloon hit the sea causing a slight noise of breaking of steel materials splitting or bending which made the airship explode that, next to the heat of the wind, moved the parachute of Solangel a little, who kept questioning about the wellbeing of Inspector Cautillo.

When the parachute fabric fell into the water, a kind of greenish dust began to spread through the water which would surely find any airplane or ship in their search. Solangel held Zero, the float she wore kept them safe from drowning and patiently waited to be rescued.

Just hours after being rescued and the storm over, both Zero and Solangel refused to return to the Academia not until they found Inspector Cautillo or some other survivor. In the early hours of the morning, several ships continued the search with hopes of finding the Inspector alive. The lights of the ships searched the dark waters for signs of an air wreck. The ships traveled over a radius of a few miles according to the last coordinates remembered by Lieutenant Solangel Fay. On different occasions, the ships sounded the thunderous horns to attract the attention of any survivors in the area, but only very few debris and what was left of the airship strolled through the waters.

Colonel Viruet and Sub Lieutenant Zero Knight watched where the lights shone. Zero wore a bandage on his arm. For his fortune, the wound was not as critical as expected. He still looked pale but hopeful to find the Inspector.

- It's very dark. - The Colonel admitted. - Did you acquire any experience with the Inspector?

- Something, - Zero answered. The Colonel noted the appreciation he had taken to Inspector Cautillo. - Sir, I would like to apologize for my attitude towards you. I got you off your horse.

- You took my airplane and destroyed it. All for saving Lieutenant Fay.

- Yes, sir.

- I would have done the same, but I still don't know if it was something heroic or irresponsible. - The Coronel remained quiet trying to find better words. - We will never really know what happened or who they were.

- The Inspector knew everything. – Zero said with nothing but the wind hitting him with sadness.

- I'm sorry - He said these are the only words of comfort that he could find at a time like that.

Zero was already tired, perhaps because of the blood he had lost or because of how huge the last hours had been. He decided to turn his back on the warm waters, embarking on his way to one of the ship's rooms. However, a loud bang was heard a few meters away, without recognizing the sound at that moment the young man turned around and watched in the skies the illumination of a flare light. The lights of the ships sought the provenance of the shot and the crew was heard talking to each other about what was happening. Zero continued to observe the illuminating light and while he waited for his eyes to get used to the light he was only smiling.
