I continued to pout as Sawyer mowed Viper's lawn.
I had been cleared for general activities but the doctor had said we still had to be careful. So Sawyer was still not fucking me.
Viper continued to laugh at me while I frowned at my girlfriend.
“It's not funny Viper.”
“It kinda is.” She chuckled.
Sawyer looked up, smiled and continued to mow the lawn.
“It's been 3 months Viper, she's being unreasonable.”
“Aww, feeling dry?”
“Viper.” I whined and turned away from the window.
Her laughing slowly reduced. “Ok.. ok I'm sorry… look you know she still feels guilty about it, masturbate or something.”
I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch. “It's been 2 weeks since I was cleared Viper, it's not that serious.”
Viper shrugged. “I unfortunately don't know her well enough to tell you why she's being so careful, except to say she's just worried about you.”
I blinked at the sad smile on Viper's face. She had been trying to form a connection with her kids. Sawyer wasn't being the most receptive but she wasn't pushing her away, that was a good start.

“So yeah we got him.” Marley smiled at Sawyer. “Although a friend helped out, we'll meet her there.”
“Uh..” Sawyer scratched her head gently. “My therapist doesn't think that's a good idea.”
Marley frowned. It was more of a pout laced with disbelief. “Fuck him.”
Sawyer sighed and looked at me. “I'm not letting my lust for revenge cloud my judgement again.”
I smiled at her. “We'll go together.”
Sawyer blinked. “What?”
“I'm happy that therapy is going well for you. I'm happy that you aren't consumed by making my dad pay for what he did, I'm glad you're opening up more… but I'm not taking away revenge on him from you, or from me.”
Marley smiled very wide and patted Sawyer on her back. “Listen to her, she's right.”
Sawyer swallowed. “I get very… different when I see people that hurt you.”
I smiled. “I love every part of you.”
Sawyer smiled wide and lept over the couch. Grabbed me and spun us around.
I giggled as she kissed me softly when we stopped spinning.
“We have dinner with your folks.”
“Can I come?” Marley asked with a childlike smile.
“No.” We chorused.

“Oh you should've seen Forrest when he saw Morgan's face.” Walter wheezed.
We were all catching our breaths from the embarrassing story Walter and Caesar told us about Forrest in high school.
“He was love struck.” Sawyer's dad chuckled.
“You are fucking mean. Let's pick on Caesar for vanishing with his new boyfriend.”
Cedrick blushed. He was curled up to Caesar on the couch in their living room.
“Yeah, when did this happen?” Sawyer raised an eyebrow.
“Well it just happened.” Cedrick mumbled.
Hunter giggled behind them. “Yeah right. The two of you pining for each other ‘just happened’.”
I smiled at everyone as Sawyer collapsed next to me and kissed my cheek.
“I love you.”
“I love you too.”
