It was a Wednesday and Aurora was currently doing her homework for her biology class, bored out of her mind while she studied anatomy for the 50th time. As she took a break to grab some water her phone rang. She picked up the phone before even checking who it was.

"Hi?"
"Hey Rory"
"What do you want, Paige?"
"Nothing, just to talk to this beautiful smart talented girl, maybe you know her?"
"You make me sound so good"
"So, what were you doing?"
"Studying"
"Studying what?"
"Anatomy"
"I know another way we could study that."
"PAIGE!"
"What? Practice makes perfect of whatever"
"What were you doing?" Rory changes the topic
"Listening to music"
"What music?"
"Don't judge, okay?"
"Okay."
"I just sent you my playlist"
"You use apple music?!"
"Yes, everyone bullies me about it"
"I use it too"
"No way."
"Yes way"
"That's why we're a perfect match"

The first song in the playlist was "Rodeo" by Lah Pat and Flo Mili. Aurora immediately remembered that one edit she had seen of Paige the other day to that song and blushed.

"What's got you blushing?"
"Nothing."
"Come on, only I'm supposed to make you blush."
"It was you technically..." A mumbled
"What was that?" Paige heard every word
"I mean, it was an edit"
"Of who?"
"You."
"I love the effect I have on you" that made Rory blush even more.
"Stoppp"
"It's cute when you blush"
"Stop flirting with me, I will explode"
"Okay, can I take you out again?"
"Okay, when?"
"Friday"
"Sure"
"I'll pick you up at 7?"
"Okay."
"Bye Rory, good luck studying"
"Bye Paige, good luck with your music?"

As they hung up, Rory went back to studying, blushing at the thought of Paige and Paige went on to listen to the girl's favorite artists, Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, The Weeknd, Chase Atlantic, and more, both happy about their conversation.
