The Mandalorian flipped a few switches as he traveled with the two children. The Child was trying to reach a lever topper sphere and Elaine was staring at the stars.

Suddenly, there was a trilling noise and a transmission from Greef Karga came through.

"Mando. I've received your transmission. Wonderful news. Upon your return, deliver the quarries directly to the client." He chuckled. "I have no idea if he wants to eat them or hang them on his wall, but he's very antsy. Safe passage! You know where to find me." The transmission ended and Elaine swallowed the bile in her throat.

"Are we gonna be eaten?" She asked fearfully.

"Probably not." Mando said. He looked down to see the Child with the lever topper and took it from him. "It's not a toy."

When they arrived on Nevarro, Mando did as Greef said and went straight to the Client. He couldn't help noticing the way Elaine took in her surroundings with great interest. How long has she been held captive, he wondered.

Before long, they reached the sketchy house and Mando held up his chain code to the droid, and was let in. The same Stormtroopers as before escorted him to the Client. One prodded Elaine in one of her bruised spots.

"Easy with her." Mando told him.

The trooper scoffed. "You take it easy."

Mando breathed slowly to control his temper. Soon they came to the Clients office where he held to fobs.

"Yes!" He said as he moved nearer. "Yes, yes, yes!"

The Child whimpered softly and Elaine moved closer to Mando. The armor clad man noticed this and ignored his urge to take them back.

"Very healthy. Yes." Dr. Pershing said in a hushed tone.

The Client reached his hand out to touch Elaine's horns. "Very interesting, indeed."

Mando took a step forward, even though he knew it wasn't his place.

The Client stood up. "Your reputation was not unwarranted."

"Hiwany fobs did you give out?" Mando asked, annoyance lacing his words.

The Client moved back to the container on his desk. "These assets were of extreme importance to me. I had to ensure it's delivery. But to the winner..." He opened the container to reveal a large amount of beskar. "Go the spoils. Such a large bounty for such small packages."

Mando watch as the Stormtroopers guided the kids into the next room. The Child cried and Elaine looked at him with her innocent eyes, silently pleasing for him to save them.

"What are your plans for them?" Mando asked when the exited the room.

The Client titled his head in curiosity. "How uncharacteristic of one of your reputation. You have taken both commission and payment. Is it not the Code of the Guild that these events are now forgotten? That Beskar is enough to make a handsome replacement for your armor." The elder said. "Unfortunately, finding a Mandalorian in these trying times is more difficult than finding the steel."

The Mandalorian took the container and left for the Covert with a conflicted heart.

Mando set the container down and took a seat as the Armorer walked over.

A crowd of Mandalorians had gathered and where marvelling at Mando's reward.

"This amount can be shaped in many ways." The Armorer said as she took a piece of Beskar.
