Today, the 5SOS boys were flying out to surprise the fans for the concert in Nashville. Then, we get on a bus. The four other boys will be with us the rest of the American leg before their own tour begins in London.

I had been texting Danielle since yesterday after she talked to me on the steps. She's really lovely, I'm tempted to ask her on a date. I just don't know if I can leave Autumn.

The 5 Seconds of Summer boys have no clue about Autumn's cancer. Apparently Niall talked to them about being careful what they say around me when they get here. I wish Niall would've told them. I don't want to say the 'c' word again.

Autumn was laying against me, her burning forehead against my bicep as she slept. I ran my fingers through her hair and watched her breathing closely.

A knock on the door startled me, but then I heard the door unlock. I closed my eyes, not wanting anyone to know I was awake so I wouldn't have to get up and do anything. I heard a small sigh, then them speak in the phone.

"He's not up Gem."

"He knows you left this morning, I told him. You had to go back home for work, he understands. He really appreciates you being here. Even if it was just for a night."

"I'll tell him when he gets up," Louis sighed, "alright, bye love."

"Lou?" I spoke as I slowly reopened my eyes.

"Hey," he whispered as he sat next to me.

"Feel her," I mumbled as I glanced at him, then watch his hand reach for her forehead.

"Damn, that's normal right?" He asked worriedly.

I nodded, "Yeah. I spent like four hours doing research last night. She can also easily bruise and get massive headaches and lose her appetite, which leads to her losing a shit ton of weight."

"Harry," he sighed, "you should've been sleeping for the concert in a bit."

"I couldn't, I was worried about her," I mumbled as I looked back at her, then back at him.

"I can't help her, and it breaks my heart," I spoke sadly.

"They're here," Niall spoke as he walked in my room. Nice leaving the door open Louis.

We nodded, neither of us moving from our spots. Well, Louis did. He moved to the other side of the bed and laid down next to Autumn, messing with the ends of her hair.

"Do you want to see them now or at the arena? We don't have much longer until we have to leave anyways," Niall spoke softly as Autumn stirred in her sleep.

"I'll see them in a bit, I've got to get her up. You guys go, we'll be to the bus eventually," I spoke softly as she slowly opened her eyes.

"Ni?" She mumbled as she looked over, not even noticing Louis.

He nodded and she reached her arms for him. He looked at me and I nodded, "Just be easy. She can bruise easy."

He walked over and picked her up, revealing my Jack Daniels shirt swallowing her body whole. It had risen up so you could see her bright pink underwear and the rash down her back.

Niall fixed her shirt and grabbed her blanket, since she was complaining she was 'freezing like the penguins in the zoo'. I smiled at that, then they left, leaving Lou and I.

"It got worse," I spoke as I rolled onto my stomach, my face smushed up against a pillow.

"I know mate, I know," he spoke as he rubbed my back.

"It just sucks that I can't help her, you know?" I spoke as I moved my head from the pillow so he could hear me.

"Yeah, I know," he spoke as he rose from the bed, "but we've got rehearsal in an hour. Your sister called and said she was sorry she had to leave and that she loved you both."

I nodded, getting up and slipping on a pair of sweatpants, grabbing a black t-shirt from my bag. I put on some socks and my converse, slipping a beanie on over my hair.

"C'mon," he mumbled as I grabbed my phone and wallet and room key.

We left and went downstairs to the tour bus, seeing Autumn in the arms of Luke.

"Really? That's your favorite animal?" Luke asked her smiling.

"Yeah, I love penguins. I asked daddy if I could have one and he said no because we'd have to keep our house really cold and I don't like the cold," she spoke.

"Well then we have something in common. Penguins are my favorite animal," he spoke as she smiled and laid her head on his shoulder.

It breaks my heart, I can't tell them. I mumbled an 'excuse me' to Louis and jumped off the bus. I ran inside and sat down by the door, letting tears fall freely down my cheeks.

"Harry?" I heard Danielle speak.

I look up and she sighs, setting down her bag and sitting in front of me. She grabbed one of my hands with one of hers, using her other one to wipe my tears away.

"I can't tell them," I spoke, "I can't tell them she's dying. She's connected so well with them and they just arrived."

"Tell who?" She asked softly.

"Luke, Michael, Ashton, and Cal. Dani I can't do it," I spoke as I broke down into even more tears.

"Shh, shh," she mumbled as I moved her into my lap, her ending up straddling me. I hugged her close and my head rested in the crook of her neck, my tears wetting the back of her shirt.

"Harry? Mate are you okay?" I heard Liam ask.

I heard Danielle whisper something to him and him say something back, then leave. I really didn't pay much attention.

"Harry, love, we've got to go," she whispered in my ear.

I nodded, "I'm sorry."

She gave me a sad smile, "It's alright. Let's go, it'll be okay, alright?"

I nodded and I grabbed her bags for her. She protested, but I won. I walked them to the crews bus, setting them next to Lou's.

Before going to my bus, I asked, "Do you maybe want to have a movie night with Autumn and I tomorrow when we arrive at Indianapolis?"

"Is that a date?" She asked as she smirked.

I blushed, "Maybe?"

She nodded, pressing a kiss to my cheek. "Of course."

Smiling like an idiot I walked off the bus and onto mine. The boys gave me weird looks but I didn't care. I had a movie date with a beautiful girl tomorrow, with of course another beautiful girl.

"There's something that needs to be said," I spoke as Autumn laid in my arms.

We were all sitting on the couches backstage before the show began. Everyone looked at me and Liam gave my shoulder a pat before I continued.

"Autumn has Leukemia."
