Last night, Autumn slept with me. She had always slept with an older boy in the orphanage because apparently she has bad dreams. The lady, with a name I've already forgotten, told me that she probably, slowly, would have to get into the routine of sleeping by herself in a bed. I don't mind, knowing that she's safe with me makes me happy.

Her head was rested on my shoulder and small snores escaped the two year olds mouth. I smiled, moving some of her hair from her face.

My phone started ringing and it startled me and woke up Autumn. I grabbed it, answering it without even looking at the caller ID.

"Hello?" My voice is still laced in sleep.

"Harry? Where are you?" Louis answered.

"What do you mean?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"Oh my god," he spoke laughing quietly, "you forgot didn't you?"

"Forgot what Louis?" I asked sitting up, looking back at Autumn as her eyes close once more.

"The meeting? For tour?"

"Oh god, yeah I forgot. I'll be there in twenty," I spoke as I hung up.

I'm wearing sweatpants, fuck it. I slid on a fresh, clean pair and a white t-shirt. Autumn was wearing a shirt of mine, so I picked her up and changed her into something similar to me.

She didn't wake up, poor thing had another bad dream last night. She was in her bed, but I called the orphanage to ask about the night situation when I raced to her room after I heard her scream. They then explained that, thus her being in bed with me.

I got her to the car and drove the ten minutes to the record label building, since that is where the meeting is.

I parked the car, Niall meeting me downstairs. I carried Autumn inside and Niall and I talked in hushed voices until we reached the conference room.

"Nice of you to join us," Louis snickered as I rolled my eyes.

The meeting was simply about tour dates and schedules. Autumn sometimes shifted in my arms, but I rubbed her back and she stopped.

I was tuning out the rest of the conversation until I heard Louis scream, "What the fuck did you just say about her?"

My head snapped towards the few men in front of me, "What did you just say?"

"Harry, don't do this in front of her," Liam whispered.

"What the fuck did you just say about her?" I asked again, ignoring Liam's comment.

"I said she couldn't come if she was going to be a distraction," one of the men spoke. I never learned their names.

"My daughter is not a damn distraction!" I screamed, which woke her up. "I love her so much and you will not take her away or say she is a damn distraction! Do I make myself clear?"

I'm so fucking pissed. How dare they say that?

"Daddy?" I heard her whimper as I looked down at her.

I pick her up and take her out in the hall with me, holding her to my chest.

"I'm sorry baby, I'm sorry," I whispered to her as small sobs racked her body. "Daddy shouldn't have screamed like that."

"Harry?" Niall spoke from behind me. I turned, seeing the three of them behind me.

"I'm sorry," I mumbled.

"For what? You stood up for your daughter," Liam spoke.

"Yeah, and did you see Louis get pissed? I haven't seen him that mad since we got drunk and some dude tried picking a fight with him," Niall spoke.

"They can't fucking say that!" Louis said again, which made me smile.

"Thanks mate," I spoke as we all left and returned home.

"Daddy?"

"In here sweets!" I spoke as I sat on my bed with my laptop on my legs.

"Mommy?" She asked as she came and walked towards the bed.

What should I tell her? She has no mother, or not with me anyway.

"It's just me Autumn," I spoke as she looked confused

"Mommy no love?" She asked in her small, two year old voice.

"Oh sweetheart," I cooed as she started to cry, "daddy has enough love for you that it overpowers a mommy."

She was now sat on my lap, "So I don't need mommy?"

I shook my head, "Nope. Not until you get older."

"You mommy?"

I nodded, "I can be your mommy."

"I love you daddy," she spoke as I smiled, kissing her temple.

"I love you so much more."
