Chapter 3: The Dinner Date

The next day kate called Mike and told him she agreed to the contract, Mike was so excited that he drove to his boss's house and informed him that he found a girl,travis was impressed and surprised that it was so fast. Mike told travis everything he knew about kate but the problem was she wasn't from a rich and well known family but travis didn't care about that, his family wanted him to get married so he told his assistant to tell kate that they were going to have a dinner date that evening. Travis told Mike that he should take kate shopping for the dress she was going to put on that evening, mike called kate and informed her about the dinner date and he was going to take her shopping for the dress she would wear,kate agreed. Kate was telling mace what she wouldn't do in the marriage"I won't love him,we wouldn't have anything intimate"she said and mace laughed at her friend's silly conditions"why are you so silly kate, okay if you say you guys won't be in an intimate relationship who do you think he would kiss on your wedding day would it be the priest"mace said laughing, her friend had a point and he could threaten not to give her the money if she didn't want anything intimate and she wouldn't want that. She decided not to wear any sexy clothes when she got married to him, Kate was going shopping so she got ready and Mike came on time and took her to the biggest shopping mall in Los Angeles. She chose a red gown it was her favorite color, Kate has a black hair and brown eyes with a pink lips,kate's parent filed for a divorce when she was young and left her with her aunt who later fell ill and  died so she fed for herself and had the determination to study hard and finish her education,on her college education she got a scholarship and that was how she finished school.
               That night kate dressed up and put on light make up and went outside to meet mike,he took her to the restaurant and they were on the top of the building were they could see the view of the city it was so pleasing to the eyes"it's so beautiful"kate waited for about fifteen minutes but didn't see him "what kind of gentleman keeps a lady waiting"she said to herself. Kate was still in her thought when Travis entered and sat down, she noticed him when he took the menu on the table,her heart was about to pup out of her chest 'this man is so handsome' then her back to reality when he said something "I thought you would never snap out of your thought". Kate was so much inlove with this man,he looks like a greek god oh wait this was love at first sight she couldn't stop imagining herself getting married to Travis and how her life was going to turn out into
