"You must see something you like, you keep looking at me." Cali said and took a sip of her drink.
Trill brought her out to dinner at this Italian restaurant, it wasn't over the top fancy but it was still nice. She was kind of glad he didn't do too much to impress her because where he brought her wasn't going to tell her what he was like as a person. He could be rude and disrespectful and brought her to some 5 star restaurant. She wanted to get to know who he was as a person.
"I'm looking at you because you look good, now why you looking at me?" Trill caught her trying to stare at him a couple of times.
"Maybe because I see something I like."
Trill chuckled. "So lovely, what you do far as career?" He asked her. He wanted to make sure she wasn't out for his money.
"I own a hair salon and I'm a sports agent. How about you?"
"Ok I see you, grown woman status. But I own the club where I met you at and other businesses."
"Oh a business man." Cali said already knowing his occupation.
"Why you say it like that?" Trill eyed her.
"You're in the streets, right?"
Trill chuckled, she was so straight forward with things. He liked it but it could end up with the two bumping heads.
"I move weight that's it."
Cali nodded. She really didn't want to mess with another man that was involved in the streets. Trill was older than Cali, he was 32 years old.
"That's a problem for you?" Trill never messed with someone as young as Cali but she was so mature for her age.
"Its just that my ex was in the streets and that shit got on my nerves." Cali said taking her fork and eating some seafood pasta off his plate. "Honestly I don't know if I want to do this or whatever but since you seem different I will give it a try."
"Damn, thanks for your honesty. It's appreciated."
"No problem." Cali smiled at him.
Trill watched her and a smile formed on his lips. He could look at her all day.
After they finished at dinner Trill took Cali back home. Trill ended up in the house and the both of them were in the bed ending their night off with some bomb sex.
-
The next morning Trill woke up around 730. He looked next to him and Cali was dead asleep with her hair wild over her head.
"Your staring." Cali said opening her eyes.
"I can't help it, but I should get going." Trill got out the bed and started to get dressed.
Cali sat up in the bed pulling the covers around her body.
"I had a good time last night." Cali said biting her lip. She wanted to see him again sometime but didn't want to press up on him.
"Yea me too baby." Trill said slipping on his shoes. "I'll hit you up later and we can hang. Sound good?"
Cali smiled. "Yea."
"Look at you, cheesy as fuck." Trill chuckled grabbing his keys.
"Shut up, lock the bottom lock please."
"Aight. I'll see you." Trill kissed her cheek and left out the room. He jogged down the steps and out the door. He locked it behind him and made his way to the car. He most definitely was going to be seeing Cali soon.
