Context:
Garuda Purana- A hindu scripture, read only during funerals to help passing souls move on.
Souls cannot interact with living objects but with nonliving, in my vision, especially when their imprint remembers how to touch and feel. Aur yeh deewar ke through to heat energy bhi nahi jati, to souls kaise ?

_____ RECAP - PART II_______
Despite the trapped smile, his grave haunting despair never left him. And the past tense in his sentence, when referring to his mother, pushed him over the edge... and Abhi hugged him again, for the second time, allowing himself to cry his heart out.
"It's ok..." caressing his hair, "IARH [I am right here]... It's ok. It's ok..." consoling him with fake words. 'I wish it had been ok...'

The faint sunlight streamed in through the windows, slowly grazing over the room... Bouncing off the walls, falling on the pair. Abhir's glasses reflecting the rays further up the ceiling, catching Abhi's attention, as he woke up.
Abhi looked up, and saw his son sleeping pressed up against the wall, while cradling his head on his lap. One of his feet, acting like his pillow while the other extended outward.
He got up gently, careful not to wake him and sat by his side. Taking off Abhir's glasses off his face and wiping the thick coating of dirt, tears, sweat of the lenses, with the ends of his Kurta, he placed it in his pocket.
He observed his kid, snoring softly, with his head tilted at a weird angle without any neck support. 'He must be exhausted,' pulling him upright and gently placing his head on his own shoulder.
With his extended hands, he took hold of Abhir's legs and pulled them over in his lap, massaging his thighs to alleviate any leg cramps he might have.
A subtle sigh of relief escaped Abhir as he settled into his new position. Abhimanyu smiled at this.
He turned his head aways, looking up at the ceiling, tilting it to rest against the wall. The previous daze vanishing with his tears, leaving behind no physical pain, just numbness. 'It's gonna be alright... Breathe Abhi...'
Blinking rapidly, he attempted to clear the stickiness of sleep and tears from his eyes. Rubbing them with his palms then placing them back on his legs.
Breathing deeply, he looked back at the hospital bed. As his gaze fell upon her figure, he gasped. Her sight, enveloped in the sunlight mesmerizing him momentarily.
Her anklet, twinkling like diamonds, diffracting the light across the room. Her beaded saree, sparkling in a red hue... The red bangles on her wrist, encased her soft hand as it rested on her navel. Her nails, covered in red nailpaint, contrasting with the pale skin. His own twitching to hold it.
The other drooping by the side of the bed, with a pulse oximeter attached to the index finger, a bloody trail on the back of her hand, staining it like 'mehendi'... It was their wedding day afterall.
The sweat droplets on her neck, glowing like dew drops, pooling in the well of her throat. Near the tantalizing mole that he often couldn't move his eyes off of. 'Breathtaking!'
