Martinus's pov:
*Ah.. it's all over.. So early. All good things come to an end, right? Marcus wrote me a message saying that he, dad, mom and Emma were waiting for me in the parking lot. By the way, the competition was held in Oslo, so now we are also returning home, to Trofors. I quickly reached the parking lot because it is not very far. I had mixed emotions. I was happy, sad, and confused, at some moments I simply wanted to scream from happiness. I noticed our car in the parking lot and got in.*
*I sat in the back of the car, gazing out of the window as the Norwegian landscape passed by. The events of the past days replayed in my mind like a vivid film. Marcus, who was sitting next to me, noticed the thoughtful expression on my face.*
Marcus: (playfully nudging me) Deep in thought, huh?
Me: (smiling) Yeah, just reflecting on everything. Can't believe it's all over..
Marcus: (nodding) It was an incredible experience. I just can't believe that these three days passed so so quick.
Me: Yeah.
Marcus: So...
Me: (thoughtfully) So what?
Marcus: (raising an eyebrow) Where have you been till now?
Me: Um..well..
Marcus: (teasing) Goshh, I told you about to her, just give up.
Me: (defensively) Noo. Bro, we are friends now, and yeah.
Marcus: Mhm.. Nora and I were friends.
Me: Well, we are and we will be.
Emma: Don't speak in codes, speak normally.
Marcus: Well, this is how the story goes, our brother fell in love with a Serbian girl who is only one year older than you
Emma: Uuu, why you didn't tell us Martinus??
Me: Because I didn't fell in love.
Marcus: Mhm, sure. Bro, you gave her your phone number, you followed her on instagram and snapchat, and tiktok yea.
Me: So? We are just frineds...
Kjell-Erik: Martinus..
Me: Yes dad?
Kjell-Erik: What kind of girl is she?
Me: (smirking) Well, she's amazing. Teodora is talented, funny, and she has this energy that just draws you in. We had a great time together, you know, just talking and walking around Oslo.
Emma: (teasingly) Sounds like more than just friends.
Me: (blushing) No, it's not like that. We're just getting to know each other.
Kjell-Erik: (smiling) It's okay, Martinus. If there's something more, we're here to support you.
Marcus: (nodding) Yeah, bro. No need to hide it.
Me: (sighing) Alright, fine. Maybe I do like her. A bit.
Emma: (excitedly) A bit? Come on, spill all the details!
Me: Okey..maybe..I..fell in love..
Emma: I am both happy and sad for you. You found a person, as far as I can see, who makes you happy, and at the same time, that person is literally on the opposite side of the world from you.
Me: Yea I know that..
Author's pov:
*As the car continued its journey through the Norwegian cities, Martinus couldn't shake off the conflicting emotions within him. He was glad to be heading home, but the newfound feelings for Teodora added a layer of complexity to his thoughts .Once they arrived in Trofors, the familiar sights of home provided a comforting background. The evening at home was filled with laughter, shared stories, and the warmth of family. *
*Later that night, in the quiet solitude of his room, Martinus found himself scrolling through his phone. He stopped at Teodora's contact, contemplating whether to send her a message. After a moment of hesitation, he typed, "Back home. I miss the chaos already." The message sent, and Martinus couldn't help but wonder how Teodora was feeling on the other side of the screen.*
Teodora's pov:
*While I was traveling back home to Serbia, a message notification popped up on my phone. It was from Martinus. My heart skipped a beat, and a smile crept onto my face.
Martinus: "Back home. Miss the chaos already."
*I chuckled at his message, feeling a mix of excitement and warmth. It was a strange but delightful sensation to be the source of someone's thoughts, especially someone as renowned as Martinus.*
Me: "Haha, I know what you mean. Norway feels like a dream already."
Martinus: "Just Norway?🥲"
Me: "Mhm😌"
Martinus: "Okey Teddy, okey"
Me: "Hahah,I am still on my way home. It's long way to home😂."
Martinus: "Believe. Have a safe trip!🫶"
Me: "Tusen takk Marty🫶" - "Thank you so much Marty🫶"
