Author's pov:

*In the midst of their musical exploration, a surprise awaited FolkBeat Harmony. An invitation had arrived for them to participate in a cultural exchange program that would take them to a music festival in a neighboring country.*

Kate: (excitedly) Look at this, guys! We've been invited to represent our culture at the Music Festival in Croatia!

Andrea: NO WAY!!

Max: (grinning) This is fantastic! It's an opportunity to share our music with a broader audience.

Teodora: (reflecting) And it aligns perfectly with our vision of cultural harmony through music. Let's accept the invitation.

*With unanimous enthusiasm, FolkBeat Harmony accepted the invitation, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their journey. The prospect of performing on an international stage filled the ensemble with a mix of anticipation and determination.*

David: (looking at the calendar) The festival is in a few weeks. We have some time to prepare something truly special.

Ana: (smiling) Let's make sure we represent our roots while also embracing the diversity of the festival.

Max: The only thing we can perform is "Heartbeat", it only represents our culture. I mean, that's the only thing we tried for.

Ana: Now that "Celtic Groove" is in our plans, we won't  play it because it's still unfinished and needs a lot of editing and the choreography can't be thought of in less than a month.

Teodora: I'm for "First kiss".

Andrea: Same.

Daniel: "Heartbeat"

Andrea: "First kiss"!

Kate: (smiling at the friendly banter) Alright, alright. Let's find a compromise. How about we create a medley that showcases the diversity of our music? We can start with the familiarity of "Heartbeat," transition into the enchanting notes of "First Kiss," and perhaps conclude with a "Heartbeat" beacuse that song brought us here.

David: (nodding) I like that idea. It gives the audience a taste of our musical evolution, and it aligns with the theme of cultural harmony.

Max: Plus, it keeps the performance dynamic and engaging. We'll surprise them with each transition.

Teodora: (with determination) Let's dedicate ourselves to perfecting this medley. It's not just about playing our instruments; it's about creating an experience that resonates with the audience.

*The group enthusiastically agreed to the medley idea, and with a shared sense of purpose, they dove into the preparations for the upcoming festival.*

David: Kate, since they sent you a message, ask them exactly what day it is, how we will get to them, where the place is, what time, but all the details.

Kate: Don't worry David, they wrote it all down. Music Festival is in Split, we will be accommodated in "Radisson Blu Resort & Spa" hotel [NOT SPONSORED] for 3 days. The festival starts on February 10th and lasts until the 12th. And we will perform on the 11th. Transportation is provided for us. They send a bus for us, but now only we minors need to get permission from our parents because we are still crossing the border.

Daniel: Hehe, your problem

David: I agree, haha

Teodora: Ha-ha.

*As the group erupted in laughter, Kate took charge of the practical details. She gathered everyone together to discuss the necessary permissions for the underage members to travel.*

Kate: Alright, let's get organized. I'll draft a formal letter outlining the details of the trip and our participation in the festival. We'll include a schedule, accommodation information, and the contact details of the organizers. Each of you can then present this to your parents, and we can address any concerns they may have.

Andrea: (raising an eyebrow) Do you think our parents will be okay with us crossing borders for a music festival?

Teodora: (assuringly) We're representing our culture on an international stage. I'm sure they'll understand the significance of this opportunity.

Max: (grinning) And if they have any doubts, we can always invite them to come along. It could be like a mini-vacation for them!

Daniel: (sarcastically) Oh, I'm sure our parents would love to join us and be part of our musical journey.

David: (thoughtfully) But seriously, let's reassure them that everything is well-organized, and we'll be under the supervision of responsible adults.

*With the plan in place, each member took the letter to their parents, explaining the significance of the festival and the cultural exchange program. After some initial hesitations and a few concerned questions, the parents gradually warmed up to the idea, understanding the unique opportunity it presented for their children.*

*As the permissions were secured, FolkBeat Harmony now faced the exciting challenge of preparing for their international debut at the Music Festival in Croatia. The medley they were crafting took on an added layer of significance, embodying not only their musical journey but also the journey across borders they were about to undertake.*
