Teodora's pov:
*I am in school. First lesson is Biology, how boring. By my right side is Ana, so I wrote to her "How boring is this" I gave her the letter and she responded with "Now I saw in the folklore group that the choreographer will come to pick us up at 10am, which means in about twenty minutes, be patient" I looked at her like for real and she just nodded. And really, that's how it was. Someone knocked on the classroom door.*
----Skip time----
Mr. Smith: I apologize for interrupting the class, but I need Ana, Kate, Teodora and David. I am their professor of folklore, and in five days we have a serious performance in Belgrade, and if we pass that performance, in fact, if we pass that competition, we will go to Norway for an international competition in ensembles around the world.
*The professor, Ms. Johnson, glanced up from her desk with a slightly furrowed brow as the choreographer delivered the unexpected news. The classroom fell silent, and the students eagerly awaited Ms. Johnson's response.*
Ms. Johnson: (raising an eyebrow) A serious performance, you say? In Belgrade? And potentially Norway?
Mr. Smith: Yes, it's a prestigious competition, and we have a chance to represent our country on an international stage.
Ms. Johnson: (considering) I understand the significance of cultural events, but we can't simply disrupt classes for extracurricular activities.
Ana: (raising her hand) Ms. Johnson, we've been preparing for this for a while now, and it's a rare opportunity. The choreographer just needs us for a short time.
Ms. Johnson: (nodding) I appreciate the dedication you all have for your cultural activities. Given the exceptional circumstances, you may go, but I expect you to catch up on any missed work. And remember, education comes first.
*We thanked the professor, picked up our things and left the classroom while the rest of the class muttered that we were just getting out of class and that we would never win, but hey, they are jealous, that's obvious. We followed the choreographer and went to get the others. When the choreographer picked us all up from my school, we started at our place where we practice, which is only a 5-minute walk away from the school. We arrived and we all quickly gathered at this unexpected call.*
Mr. Smith: You're probably wondering why you're here, well here's why. The competition was supposed to take place in exactly two weeks, but today they informed us that it has been postponed by 5 days. Now listen to me carefully. From today you will have a rehearsal every day, from 7pm to 8pm, you don't have to stay extra because there is really no need for that. Now we will give you the traditional clothes that you have to wear to every rehearsal. As for going to Belgrade itself, we will make an agreement. But it is most likely that we will go by private bus. We will justify all the lessons you have today.
Mr. Williams: You all heard him, now he will bring you clothes and please put them on tonight and now we mustn't fool around. And as for the idea for the song "Heartbeat" (he looked at Ana and me) I have several suggestions, but of course when the time comes.
