Five months later...

Home. My home is where he is. My house is where we live together with our growing family. That's right, family. My home knocked me up days after our wedding day. I'm not surprised. The amount of sex the two of us have is unholy. We have slowed down as the little bean inside grows because there are days when I can't stand to be near Miles, and there are days all I want to do is have him inside me. Hormones.

Our baby is the size of a banana. He's growing so quickly. I'm not showing too much; my belly looks bloated.

Today, we are gathered on our ranch for a wedding reception and gender reveal combination. We've invited way too many people, it seems. The entire Titans football team is here with their wives, including a few photographers and staff I work with. The team was stoked to hear that Miles and I got hitched in Vegas; Miles's fans, not so much. I think I've grown on them, but they hate he's giving attention to just one woman.

It was now June. The trees were blooming with leaves once again, and the scenery was green. Miles lived on the most beautiful piece of land—absolutely nothing around except our house, the dog, and us. Soon to be with child.

I stand next to my husband on the small stage he built for us to stand on. I wore a white flowing dress and white heels. Miles wore a blue polo and khakis, as he was positive our baby was a boy. I wasn't sure what I felt like our baby was. I love either one, and I plan to have more than one child, so we will have one of each.

I hold the football with the powder color of our baby's gender inside. Im shaking slightly as I hand it over to Miles. "Don't fuck up," I whisper to him as he takes the football in his hands.

He grins as he rolls his shoulders to loosen up to kick the ball. He takes a deep breath, "Here we go." He steps and throws the ball up, letting his shoe connect with it on the way down.

Blue powder fills the area as everyone and I scream. It's a boy. "Oh my gosh!"

I jump up and down as Miles grabs me and hugs me, "I'm so happy, baby."

I feel the tears in my eyes, "Me too. We're gonna have a little football player."

"He's going to be the best football player in the world. I and all fifty of his uncles will be sure he is."

A happy tear slips down my cheek, and he wipes it away with curiosity. "Sorry, I'm hormonal."

He kisses my cheek before taking a step back. I frowned at him, and then I was squashed again. "Julia!" They scream in my ear. My best friends.

I smile at Miles as he, too, is swallowed by a group of his teammates, all cheering. Suddenly, I want to be alone with him, celebrating this ourselves. But until then, I'll celebrate with my friends.

I turn to my friends, who each carefully place a hand on my tiny bump. "Have you two thought of names?" Riley asks.

I shrug, "Kind of. We were waiting till we knew the gender before we decided anything."

"Please don't tell me you'll name him after Miles's favorite football players," Amber groans.

I laugh, "He did mention Peyton, which I assume is for Peyton Manning. He also said Brett, for Brett Farve. Oh, and Aaron, for Aaron Rogers."

Emma loudly laughs, "Those are all horrible. I hope you said no."

Maddy stands next to her, leaning on her shoulder. The two finally came out and are a couple now. It took Miles a good minute to get used to seeing his sister with a woman, but I think it was the protective big brother in him. He doesn't think anyone is good enough for his sister, but I promised him that Emma was.
