Chp 97: "Where have you been?"

Currently we see sam in bed as he wakes up and rubs his tired eyes, sam gets out of bed as he goes to make coffee, sam then hears his mother walk in the room as she yawns

Julie: morning honey

Sam: morning mom

Sam pours a cup for his mother as he hands it to her

Julie: so I saw what happened at coney Island, who were those guys?

Sam: I think they're some foreign mercenary group

Julie: how many more years is it gonna take until this city is crowded with new gangs

Sam: I heard that

Sam says as Julie gets a notification on her phone

Julie: I have to get to work, see you later honey, tell Miles I said hi

Sam nods as Julie leaves the room, sam finishes his coffee as he goes to get dressed and heads out to meet up with Miles to have breakfast

Hours after sam finishes spending time with Miles, sam gets a text from Peter that asks him to meet him somewhere

Sam finds a good spot to suit up as he goes to meet up with Peter

We cut to see Sam land on a rooftop next to Peter as he was looking at a building that was still covered with sand

Peter: hey man

Sam: sup, so chief needs help with the pile up in that building?

Peter: yep, let's head down

The two swing down to the firefighters as they speak with chief Clark

Peter: hey chief

Chief Clark: thanks for coming, we've managed to set our explosives in every zone except the last one

Chief Clark says as the building mildly erupts as sand and debris mildly falls

Firefighter: no!, the demo crews in there!, there's four of them

Sam: we'll find them, just keep the radios open just in case, and make sure nobody lays a finger on that detonator

Sam says as the two leap to the back of the building as they spot an open vent and pull out their spider bots

Sam: the spider bots can find the crew faster

Peter: agreed, go on little guys

Peter says as the two bots crawl through the vent

The bots crawl through the vents as they spot one worker, the man looks at the robots in confusion

Worker: are those...Robots?

Peter: hey, it's the spiders, we just replaced your location to fire and rescue so they'll be here any minute, it's gonna be okay

Worker: spiders...thank you

The spider bots move forward as they search for more workers, the spider bots crawl through a hole as a rat runs by which makes Peter squeal

Peter: Ahhh!

Sam: did you just squeal?

Peter: uhh no I meant uhh....whoa

The bots move forward as some rubble crashes in front of them

Sam: nothing but a little sonic blast can handle

Sam says as the bots shoot a sonic blast at the rubble which makes a path for them, the bots move forward as they spot another worker trapped under a shelf
