A deadman's switch

                   I agree that life is like a roller coaster, it has ups, downs, loops, and other unexpected challenges ahead. But have you ever been in to a roller coaster ride that was stuck in the loops all over and over again?

                   Presently, it feels like I'm stuck in the same situation over and over and over again, making the same stupid decisions over and over and over again, thinking that I was over it, but unfortunately I was not. I was stuck in the same loop, again. And no matter what I do, it feels like I'm going to go through the same event again.

                    They say one step backwards can move you two steps forward, then why does it feels like all I've been doing was taking a step backward again and again and again. Waiting to step up, but never stepped up. What would you do if you were stuck? How do you move forward?

                      Positivity, optimism, these are some of the things we lost by the time we got trapped in that loop. Then how can we get out?

                       "Ask for help." Demi Lovato says. These are the words left in the utter in me. Lucky for those who have persons that wants to help. But how about for those who doesn't have those persons, or even that person? How?

                        These are the negativity I have in me. Those are the simple questions that I can't even comprehend the answers. This is the loop I am and still running over and over again. Because maybe there's no answers to my questions, there's no exit in my dilemma, or there is no certain advice that can guarantee my feelings and thoughts to be fine, to be okay, to be at ease for sometimes. It's exhausting, yet challenging. But because maybe, all I, we need is someone who can ask if we were okay, if I were fine.

                          Sincerity, it wasn't the answer to my dilemma but maybe it can be the lever that will stop the ride when we gave up, a lever that saw us dead, a lever that will ask us if we were still okay, a sincere lever, a sincere person.

                   Even just one person can stop our never ending loop ride. Never deny that lever.
