New year special~(not a real chapter&spoiler)

The redheaded troll (Astra) laid peacefully on the village's hospital, breathing steadily as his eyes were closed, he was still in his coma after the abuse he endured from Velvet and Veneer, there was an IV and feeding tube plugged into his arm and nose giving him everything he needed to survive while being stuck in a never ending sleep...

The monitor beeped through out the room as multiple trolls came in with gifts for him, hoping for the redhead to wake up soon, he's been stuck in a coma for around 4 months now, alot has happened and he missed it all..

Then.. there was all the Bro's and their girlfriends (Broppy for life i will end anyone who says otherwise and Clay and viva = Cliva??) 

Branch took Astra's hand in his own while the rest of the brothers surrounded the troll's bed, everyone with sad eyes looked down at the peacefully resting troll.

Branch:"Come on man.. wake up, already, you're missing out on a lot Astra.."

Poppy:"Don't worry Branch, I'm sure he's gonna wake up soon, just give him some time"

Poppy hugged branch's other arm, resting her head on his shoulder as she smiled sadly at him and he smiled back at her. The rest of the brothers nodded their head sadly at Poppy's wise words. 

Floyd:"I never knew he was even there with me.."

Branch:"No one knew, Floyd. Don't blame yourself for any of this"

John Dory:"He's right Floyd, this was no one's fault but those worms.."

Bruce:"I agree but.. I'm glad Veneer had a change of heart, i do feel bad for him."

Clay:"Yeah i feel him to be honest, It's like when John Dory wanted us to be so perfect and no one dared to speak up!"

John Dory:"Oh come on guys! I get it i was not the best big brother but no need to rub it in my face!"

Floyd:"He's right guys, that's all in the past and i already forgive Veneer but.. I don't know about Astra, he's in a rough state still, his colors are almost gone"

The trolls looked closely at the sleeping troll, Floyd was indeed right, Astra's was becoming almost see-through and at this point he was pure grey, hopefully he would wake up before.. well he dies. 

All of them knew the harsh reality of loosing their talent and their colors, once there's nothing left, you'll fade away like you never existed in the first place. One by one they left the room, Branch and Floyd the last ones to leave, they were always the closest to him, but Astra loved everyone equally.. maybe Branch a little more.

If Astra doesn't make it.. well there's no one left in his family to carry on the bloodline, it ends with him. They would sing to him, all his favorite songs, even the song he first sang when they met him after seeing him turning grey after his sister died from being eaten right in front of him.

They finished their singing and put Astra's hand back onto his chest.. Turning to leave, they looked back at him with a smile, sure that their brother would wake up soon cuz they don't have until later.. before he takes his last breath.

Poppy:"Happy new year pop trolls! We have gathered here today to celebrate a new year for all of us and me and your queen and i'm ready to party!"

The pop trolls sang and danced until almost midnight where everyone had a blasting time! Even the Brozone got to preform "Better Place"

The monitor to keep the heart rate of a certain troll in check started beeping loudly and fast, the doctor and nurse trolls rushed in, in hopes to save the Queen's friend, not wanting to make her mad at them for failure.

They worked hard for hours to keep the troll in check and they managed to bring him down to a stable state, he was moved into the ICU for closer monitoring 24/7. The other trolls had no idea what was going on with their brother while they had fun and danced and celebrated New years.

The clock had finally struck 1AM and everyone was cleaning up to go to bed for another adventure full day later on. Branch and Poppy were exhausted and they went into his little hidey-hole and went to sleep together (HEHEH jk no baby making for yall) 

Bruce, Clay and Viva went into some guest houses for the night before going home later, they couldn't stay in the pop village too long they had responsibilities to take care of, Bruce was of course a dad and needed to attend to his wife and kids at Vacay Island, Clay and Viva needed to go back to their home at the old run down golf course.

Floyd however couldn't sleep and needed to check on Astra but when he got to the hospital room where Astra was staying he couldn't be found, Floyd's heart sank to the bottom and ran around looking for anyone to tell him where his friend was.

After a few mins of running and panicking he found the the assisted doctor for Astra, out of breath, he talked in a panicked voice asking for his friend and the doctor explained he had to move due to Astra's heart almost giving out on him and poor, poor Floyd had tears in his eyes, the doctor tried to calm the troll and explained he was in the ICU.

At those words he ran towards the ICU room Astra was staying in, he let out a breath of relief as he saw Astra laying in the bed, looking peaceful like nothing had ever happen to the troll after they left. Taking Astra's hand in his own..

Floyd:"I'm sorry i left you.. I promise i won't leave again.. not until you wake up.."
 
"Beep... Beep...Beep"

The monitor was showing his stable heart beat, Floyd looked over at the monitor, smiling at it as he continued to speak.

Floyd:"I'm so sorry.. I left you with Branch when he was just a small child.. I should've stayed but.."

Floyd let the tears fall and he gripped Astra's hand a bit more, not enough to hurt him at all. He just sobbed through out the room, his cries for sorrow and wanting forgiveness rang out in Astra's ears, at the time Floyd and no idea but Astra could hear everything even if he was stuck in a never ending sleep.

"Beep..Beep..Beep..Beep"

The monitor went faster as Astra's heart rate went up, but over Floyd's sobs he couldn't hear the beeping going faster and faster..until-

"Beep.. Beep..Beep---- Beeeeeeeeeeeeep"

Floyd stopped in his tracks, looking at the monitor, he stared at it for the longest time- Not noticing the redheaded troll opening his eye's to look at the crying Floyd. It was like Floyd was stuck and couldn't move so he squeezed his hand back, the poor magenta haired trolled flinched and looked over to the redheaded troll.. Gasping

All Astra could do was smile at him, he opened his mouth to speak but Floyd brought him into a tight hug and cried softly in Astra's neck, hugging his brother even tighter. They pulled away from the hug Astra opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out.. Right he had lost his voice and didn't know if he could ever speak again..

Floyd just chuckled at him and brought him into another hug and whispered "Happy new years and welcome back to life"

Astra's eye flew open.. NEW YEARS!? How long was he out for!?....
