23. Donut.

The two didn't end up staying in Max's retirement room for long. Max went to Christian to work out an excuse for why he skipped the interviews and lita ended up going to tori's hotel room.

"So you're telling me he got you a donut made and it had icing on it which asked you out on a date?" Lita giggled as she curled the blondes hair, 'speak now' playing lowly in the background while the two gossiped

"Don't say it like that" the blondes cheeks flushed but she couldn't help but find the gesture to be quite romantic.

"Well it's Fernando, he does seem like someone who has a few tricks up his sleeves" lita hummed as she let the blonde strand loose and moved to the next

"God he's got me giddy like some school girl" Tori rolled her eyes as lita snorted "oh come on your basking in it"

"Right enough of that" Tori reached forward and grabbed a peach nude lipstick "do you know why max skipped interviews?".

Litas heart began to pound as she thought back to what had token place in the retirement room "nope, no clue"

Tori furrowed her eyebrows and narrowed her eyes as she looked to the brunette throughout the vanity mirror who seemed to be having a hard time looking back to Tori.

"Lolita arabella rozier what do you know" she tilted her head up and the French girl let go off the blondes hair and mumbled something quietly

"What was that?" Toris eyebrow raised it was scary just how good her motherly like tone could get to lita.

"Idontknowexactlywhyheskippeditbutiwenttocheckonhimafterandendedupaccidentallysuckinghimoff" lita rambled quickly as her heart rate spiked under toris watchful eyes who's mouth hung agape taking the cartoon jaw dropping to the next level

"Wanna repeat that last bit sunshine" she stared at her through the mirror.

licking her lips lita took in a sharp breath "I accidentally sucked him off"

"How do you accidentally suck someone's dick lita" she laughed loudly much to the girls dismay who's cheeks turn as red as her hair when she was 14

"I don't know it just happened" she yelped out as she set the curlers down.

"Oh god that's the best thing that I've heard all day" the blonde snorted before pausing "of course other than Fernando asking me out"

Rolling her eyes, lita gave a sheepish smile "it was an accident nothing more".

"Okay you tell yourself that honey" Tori snorted earning herself a light slap on the shoulder

"Concentrate on your date" lita rolled her eyes as she went to toris suitcase to pick her out an outfit.

"I'm just confused how you accidentally suck off your rival" she shrugged "Tori!"

By the time lita finished helping Tori get prepared for her date with Fernando it was around 8 when she arrived back at the hotel room and in simpler words they should name the next hungry hippo after her.

By the time she opened the hotel room door she was hit the smell of food. It would be no surprise if she started floating in the air like they did in cartoon shows.

Kicking the hotel door closed she walked further into the hotel room to find max standing in front of the kitchen island cutting what appeared to be potatoes?

"What are you doing?" Lita spoke up as she leaned against the corner of the wall watching him cut the potatoes.

Looking up with a slight surprised look, Max's mouth curved a small smirk "well Lonnie this is what we call a potatoe and I'm currently cutting it"

Scoffing she pushed off the wall and walked closer "well I can see that you ballon but what i mean is why?".

putting down the knife max scooped up the cut potatoe slices and put them a pan "I'm cooking" he shrugged causing her to let out a laugh "you cook?"

"I'll have you know Victoria thinks I'm an amazing chief" he grinned cockily causing her to mirror it with her own grin

"God this feels like something I wasn't ment to witness" lita watched him in slight awe as he worked around the hotel rooms small kitchen.

"We'll get use to it because if your a good girl i might cook for you more often" he looked at her a have her a small wink before turning his back to her and continuing whatever he was doing

Turning lira made her way to the bed and leaned down to grab her jammies from the suitcase but what daughter her eye was a few random rose petals laying scattered under the bed.

Bending down she picked one up and turn to max with a raised eyebrow who turned and looked at it before rolling his eyes

"Oh that? Daniel thought it would be a funny idea to sneak into the room and throw rose petals all over the bed with candles and some fancy champagne shit for us" looking at him in disbelief lita placed the single petal on the nightstand of her side and made her way to one of the bathrooms to change.

Coming back out in her dark blue tartan jammy bottoms and black spaghetti strapped tank top with a few lace thrills at the hem she made her way out just in time for Max to have finished plating

Walking over to one of them impressed she stole one of them off the plate, lita felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist and pull her back against his chest.

"Where did you go earlier?" Unbeknownst to lita Max's ego was to big for him to admit that he was scared that after the whole retirement room inchident that he'd scared her off or she would go back to ignoring him as they had both done once upon a time ago

Swallowing the chip she had taken a bite off she leaned back against him as she continue to eat the chops he'd cooked "Fernando finally asked out Tori".

His eyes widened slightly as he kissed her shoulder gently "well no shit, About time he grew some balls"

"Don't be mean" she giggled "well he's been looking at her like a lost puppy since she joined the team with you" he mused

"Okay that's a fair point" lita nodded as she held a chip back at for him to eat

Eating the chip happily, max placed a kiss on her temple before pulling away from her "I'm going to Daniel's room for a while"

"Oh okay" she nodded as she took the bowl and made her way to the bed "don't wake me up if your coming in late"

He grinned slightly as he slipped on his trainers "wouldn't dream off it princess" her cheeks began to heat slightly maybe she was taking a note from toris book with the whole giddy school girl thing.

"Don't do anything to get yourself kicked out" she paused "or do, then that means I can have the bed to myself"

Scoffing the Dutch driver opened the hotel door "if I did that then who'd you cuddle with at night Lonnie?" And with that he closed the door
