Chapter 17

Chapter 17;

~ Zoey ~

"You were amazing at the show" I say smiling at Shawn

"So were you" he smiles back

"Maybe next time we can sing together?" He adds with a nervous look on his face

"Yah I'd love that" I smile

We sit in silence for awhile when I notice Shawn staring at me, he starts to lean in and I don't know what to do. I mean is he going to kiss me? I've never had my first kiss what the heck?!

My thoughts vanish as I feel his lips on mine and I stop thinking as I freeze.

He pulls away and Im still standing there but I'm smiling, "sorry I didn't know what came over me" he panics

"It's fine" I smile

"I really like you" Shawn says fast

He likes me? The Shawn Mendes likes me? My best friend likes me! But do I like him back? Yes. Zoey you do like him back!

"I really like you too" I reply

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks

"Yah" I smile as picks me up and spins me around.

He grabs my hand and we walk out to find the limo, when we do we both enter smiling but everyone stops talking and is staring at us.

"Hey guys" I smile

All of the guys say hey back except Jack J, I wonder if he's okay? Maybe I should talk to him when we get back to the hotel. My eyes wonder over to Mahogany who is sitting quietly in the corner staring at me, I smile at her to catch her attention and it worked she quickly turns her head and starts to look around.

"Is there another event tomorrow?" I whisper to Shawn

"Yah then the next day at 6am we fly out to New York" he says

"New York?" I say as a huge smile grows on my face

"Yep, you happy?" He laughs

"I've always wanted to go there" I state

"It's amazing" he smiles

"I'm sure" I add before the limo goes silent.

Everyone's acting different now and I don't know what happened, did I do something? Did I mess up? Why is this always happening lately.

The limo stops and we all get out as we start to walk inside, "oh yah Zoey" Mahogany calls out

I stop and walk over to her as she walks to me "yah?" I ask

"Um now that I'm hear your supposed to be rooming with me is that ok?" She says

"Oh yah that's fine" I smile

She nods and walks of towards the stairs, I walk to the elevator as I wait for it to come down. I assume everyone has gone up to our floor because their all not hear anymore.

The doors open and I walk inside, I slip out my phone and decide to check Twitter when I hear someone shout wait. I click the open button then look to see Jack J he walks in and goes over to the opposite corner and just staring at the wall.

"Jack?" I ask

"Yah?" He hesitates

"Why haven't you been talking to me?" I say really fast

"Because I, I don't know Zoe" he replies

"What did I do?" I ask

"Why is it every time something happens you assume it's your fault?" He says clearly frustrated

"Because I always mess up! I do something wrong then someone I care about hates me and never talks to me they just shut me out" I explain

"Well Zoe I don't hate you and I'm not mad it's just I can't talk to you right now... its to hard" he trails off as the doors open and he runs out

I walk out and run to Shawn's room to get my things, I unlock the door and pack up my suitcase I make sure I get everything before I'm almost out the door when Shawn comes in.

"Zoey is it okay if I tell my fans about us?" He asks

"Um I don't know I've been thinking maybe are we rushing into this? We barley know each other" I say

"What do you mean?"

"I just said if we barely know each other and who knows what could happen" I state

"But Zoey I really really like you" he whispers

"I like you too but you just got out of an relationship" I explain

"I know but Zoey do you know what your saying?" He asks

"Yeah I'm sure but maybe if we get to know each other a little more and if I can trust you more then maybe" I tell him

"So your breaking up with me?" He asks

"It's barley been an hour Shawn since you asked me out so i don't know if it counts of us dating" I say

"Yes it does" he says

"Well then yes I'm sorry but I don't wanna rush into anything it's all happening to fast"

"Ok fine but I'll wait for you Zoey I really really like you" he smiles

"I like you too but I've got to get going to Mahogany's room" I say grabbing my stuff again and handing him my key

"Okay have fun" he laughs

I smile back at him then I leave to find Mahogany's room, my new roommate.
