Bella
I inhaled sharply as I pushed the pitch black shades up from the brim of my nose "You are Bella motha' fucking Jones. You can do this" I could think of so many things I would rather do than to get on this plane along with everyone else.
I'm going to try my best to avoid any form of drama and to shift my focus to the reason we're all gathered together for a week. I need to make sure, as the maid of honor, that this week will be filled with laughter and joy. It's really important to me that Jade enjoys herself to the max!
"Miss Jones, please, allow us to take your luggage and please proceed up the staircase to join everyone"
"Thank you so much, oh please be very gentle with this one" The kind man smiled softly as he freed my hands of the heavy load of luggage. I have a very bad habit of overpacking when it comes to last minute trips which is another reason as to why I hate them! There's not enough time for me to mentally and physically prepare
"Oh yes of course, are there any fragile items in here that we should take extra caution of?"
"Yes, my wigs. They're practically weapons with the way I kill hoes with them. Thank you sir!" After what felt like years, I made it to the top of the stairs case and entered the private jet to see the happy couple and some other strangers.
"Bella you made it!" Jade shrieked flying out of her seat and onto me. I laughed at her excitement as if we didn't see each other just this morning? We were supposed to leave together but I needed more time to get ready so I insisted that she'd go ahead and I would catch up later.
"Yes I finally made it, I hope I didn't hold the flight up or something" I chuckled looking around seeing that everyone was seated and visibly ready to go. Damn did I really hold up the flight?!
"Oh no no we still waiting on Justin. I swear you would've thought he was a brother the way he's never on time." Oh how badly did I want to actually laugh at Jaden's comment being that it was so true but.....for obvious reasons I restrained.
"Yeah no you're good girl, want some champagne?"
"Oh no I'm okay, where should I sit?" Allowing my eyes to wander, I mentally counted how many people were here. There were 6 women which I'm assuming is the rest of the bridesmaids and then 8 guys which has to be Jaden's people. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to get well acquainted with anyone due to the tragic events that took place during the rehearsal dinner. I guess I will take this time during the flight to talk to everyone.....or maybe not.
"Oh as you can see there's plenty of space so wherever you want. Get comfortable, we got a long flight ahead of us"
Wait why the hell does Jaden have eight groomsmen?!
"I know I know I'm late but let the party begin!" A familiar voice roared from behind me causing everyone to cheer. I rolled my eyes before spotting a seat near the back next to the restrooms and heading straight towards it. Where the hell was all that energy when I got here? As soon as I entered the jet, you would've thought Beyoncé was in the room with us because everybody was on mute.
"Bout damn time!"
"Justin where the hell have you been? We were just about to leave your ass."
"Well good morning to you too my beautiful sister in law. Here, these are for you. Sorry for holding y'all up." I silently watched from afar as Jade gasped at the bouquet of flowers that he revealed from behind his back. He smiled sheepishly as he extended his hand placing the flowers in her hands
