"Dinner was so good and this wine is to die for! You really are giving me queen treatment and I will be telling my dear fiancé to take notes."

"Just reminding you that you were my wife first .."

"Oh yes he's well aware!"

"Haha where is he by the way? Is he coming to LA tomorrow or something?"

"Oh no we arrived in the city together but decided to stay with our loved ones separately so that we could really miss each other and that way the sex on our wedding night would be ten times more bomb—"

"Ew bruh I do not need to know that"

"Well I wanted to share anyway yeah he's staying at his parents' house for the next week and then sooner or later...I will officially be Mrs. Jade Smith! Ah I can't believe it!"

"I know, we always said I would get married before you and now look at us" Growing up together (basically), I was more of the "boy crazy" type whereas Jade was the "strictly head in the books" type. The irony in this situation was so funny to me, it's so crazy how life turns out completely different than what we'd originally planed

"Right ahah I just knew you and Justin were gonna—" her eyes widened as she quickly realized the words that escaped her lips "shit sorry."

"It's fine." I cleared my throat at the sudden shift of vibes within the room "You got your outfit for the rehearsal dinner tomorrow?"

"Oh yes I'm gonna keep it simple and wear something sleek and black. Oh I am gonna need help with my hair though"

"Oh I got you, of course. You nervous?"

"Umm .....no actually. I've never been more ready to do anything in my life. Marrying that man will be the only thing in this world that could have me die peacefully the next day. He truly makes me happy."

I sighed in admiration as she stared off ahead, swimming in pure thoughts of him. Jaden proposed to Jade approximately 10 months ago and I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was literally on the red carpet in Germany for a exclusive Chanel fashion show, when my assistant notified me that my phone was ringing off the hooks with several messages from Jade demanding that I answered the phone immediately.

I remember rushing off the carpet and calling in a hurry with the scary thought of something bad had happened. She screamed in the phone "IM GETTING MARRIED!" And my jaw dropped below the red carpet. I couldn't stop crying tears of joy which pissed my glam team off to the max!

Anyway so here we were approximately seven days away from her big day. She decided to have the wedding here in LA for what reason...I'm not sure but she fell in love with the city the last time she visited and said that she just had to have her wedding here. Jaden was more than compliant since he's from here so it worked out perfectly.

There was so much planned for the next week including, dressed rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette party, and some last minute wine testing for the wedding.

"That's so beautiful , I'm so glad you guys have each other. Ugh I don't know how I'm going to keep myself together when the pastor says to kiss the bride. I may have a meltdown."

"Oh my gosh, you're gonna be worst than my parents. I just know mom is going to sob all night and papa's gonna cry like in the bathroom or something ."

"We can't help it, our little baby is growing up right before our eyes!" I stated in a baby-like voice as I poked her puffy cheeks. She scoffed before swatting my hand away and giving me a bombastic side eye
