Midnight Rain || Soonwoo

Jeonghan looked out of the window with red and puffy eyes. He had been crying for the past 1 hour after everyone explained to him. He felt like a complete idiot for making wrong decisions again and again

"Hyung?"

Seungkwan called out while poking his head as Jeonghan snapped his head towards the direction of the voice. Jeonghan was in the upper deck of the bus, all alone as they wanted to give him some time to process it

"Meal time."

Seungkwan stated as Jeonghan sighed and stood up. Seungkwan left as Jeonghan was making his way to the stairs only to be stopped by Seungcheol making his way to Jeonghan

"Can we talk after dinner?"

Seungcheol asked as Jeonghan hesitantly nodded

"Josh and Tae will be there too. If you want we can talk about it some other time."

Seungcheol suggested as he knew Jeonghan too well. He knew that explaining things to Jeonghan will make him even more guilty, drowning him in the ocean of guilt and pain

"I am really sorry Seungcheol but some other time okay?"

Jeonghan suggested as Seungcheol nodded as an agreement before he lent his hand for Jeonghan

"You cried too much. You will feel dizzy. Hold onto my hand."

Seungcheol stated as Jeonghan looked at his hand. He hesitantly took it and went down with Seungcheol's help

"Jeon Wonwoo! I told you to stop!"

Seungcheol exclaimed, seeing Wonwoo punching Soonyoung across the face while the others helplessly watched

"W-What happened here?"

Jeonghan asked as he was pulled aside by Joshua while Wonwoo tried to strike at Seungcheol hadn't it been for Soonyoung to hold him back

"His other personality is going out of hand. We have to do something."

Jihoon stated as he was shielding Seokmin and Chan from Wonwoo. Taehyung was making sure that Jungkook will remain safe throughout these chaos

"Wonwoo! Listen up! Did bullying others ever help you get your revenge?! It didn't! If you want to do something then stand up for those who are victims of bullying like you and Soons! This isn't worth it!"

Junhui exclaimed as Wonwoo glared at him angrily before holding Soonyoung by his hair without breaking eye contact with Junhui

"Don't you think I have done that before with this crazy tiger lover?! What did I get in the end?! I got bullied too!"

Wonwoo exclaimed as they all stood there in silence. Joshua slowly let go off Jeonghan and walked towards Wonwoo and Soonyoung. Wonwoo slowly let go off Soonyoung's hair and covered his face out of instinct only to receive a gentle pat on his head

"But we are here now. We will help you through this. In fact we will help both you and Hoshi through this."

Joshua stated with a gentle smile as Wonwoo swatted his hand away

"How?"

Wonwoo asked through gritted teeth as Seokmin walked towards them and stood next to Joshua with a wide smile

"Back then it was only you two. But now, you have us. And if anything happens, we can report it to the principal."

Seokmin stated as Wonwoo looked at the people in the bus there, who were smiling at him as an agreement to what Seokmin has just said. This made his eyes water. He fell on his knees and burst out crying. Mingyu had asked Minghao to drive for the time being so he quickly made his way to Wonwoo and pulled him into a tight hug, allowing Wonwoo to cry on his shoulder

"W-Why didn't you g-guys come s-sooner? W-We suffered s-so much..."

Wonwoo cried out as Mingyu cried along with him, unable to hold back his tears. They all teared up at Wonwoo's words. Soonyoung was watching everything with his smile, a broken smile which he had mastered long time ago for the people he loved and Wonwoo

"That's how this destiny and fate shit works."

Jihoon answered while wiping his tears away as Soonyoung crouched down and looked at Wonwoo with the same smile he always had whenever Wonwoo bullied him

"Don't cry Won. It's over now. We are free."

Soonyoung whispered with a smile as Wonwoo cried even harder seeing Soonyoung smile. It brought a sense of deja vu as the same thing had happened with Soonyoung too but the only difference was that back then it was only the two of them but now, they found people who they could rely on

"I-I am s-sorry S-Soonyoungie. I-I hurt you so m-much."

Wonwoo stated in between his cries as Soonyoung wiped his tears away

"It was worth it Won. I did it- no no we did it."

Soonyoung stated as Jihoon bent down a bit and wiped away Mingyu's tears

"Don't cry. Everything is fine now. And you also stop bullying people, okay?"

Jihoon stated softly as Mingyu nodded while sniffling. Mingyu let go off Wonwoo and hugged Jihoon tightly. Wonwoo hugged Soonyoung as well while the two best friends looked at each other. Jihoon looked at Soonyoung with a sad face while Soonyoung looked at Jihoon with a smile. Samuel was watching closely and noticed the difference in the reaction of Soonyoung and the rest

"Come on you four, we have yet to eat dinner."

Joshua stated as he had just finished calming Seokmin down. The 4 of them nodded before they all stood up as they had calmed down as well

"I have one question for you 4."

Jihoon spoke while pointing at Seungkwan, Vernon, Chan and Samuel as they all sat down on a seat near them

"Why were you 4 doing the project when we have two more days?"

Jihoon asked as three oldest looked at Samuel, who just smiled

"I wanted to take them out for the next two days but now I don't think we will be able to do it."

Right when Samuel said that, they heard the sirens not far behind them

"The8? Stop driving. Looks like we have to deal with the cops."
