The small bursts of wind blew through Delilah's hair, her natural wavy brunette hair that was growing longer every minute. Something she hated. She knew that the longer it was, the more dangerous it would become, and she had learnt that the hard way.

She twirled 10ks dagger between her fingers bored out of her mind whilst the other three walked ahead of her, sketchy had dragged them along, even though the plan for 10k and Delilah was to go alone after getting skeezy out from the floor.

But they hadn't managed to do that,  having convinced the boy that the group would head east and meet them further along south, and she sighed, wishing she could just stab the two creeps in the leg and take off running back to the river with 10k, knowing they would be better safe there then anywhere else with sketchy and skeezy.

"It's like my daddy always told me." Sketchy started, lifting his finger up "never trust an Eskimo in a windbreaker." He chuckled, causing Delilah to furrow her brows, unsure of what point of their conversation had revolved around an Eskimo.

Turning the corner, around some bushes the group of four had been stopped suddenly when a voice spoke out to them, "you boys lost?" The man said, his voice thick of a country accent.

10k held his arm back, stopping Delilah instantly as she passed the dagger back to 10k and took a few more steps back from where they were.

She peered through the bushes, crouching down slightly as she slowed her breathing, her eyes squinting slightly.

"Certainly not. Matter of fact-." Sketchy started to talk, his arms up in surrender, being cut off as the man started to speak again.

"Oh, no? Cuz' either you' lost or you're trespassing- which one is it?" Their guns raising at the three, unknowing that Delilah's gun that had been tucked away was now secure in her hands and was aimed at the man, however the thought of the other three men that was stood behind him were a fear of hers, she trusted that she could be quick with her shots in time for them to be safe, well, 10k would be at least.

Sketchy spoke up once again, sarcasm in hand like always.. "Well, I was not aware they had changed the property lines since the last time we came through." He spoke calmly a small smug smile on his lips as he looked over at Skeezy.

Their hands all raised up in a surrendering expression as the redneck smiled "Wasn't no last time, 'cuz' I woulda recognised you." Laughing the redneck turned to look at his friends, turning back to the four Sketchy piped up, ready to make an excuse for himself.

"Well, I've been growing my hair out..."he hummed running his fingers through his scruffy beard, Delilah watched in disgust as pieces of who-knows-what came falling out, "Nah, I'm pretty sure you ain't from here, am I right, Dale?" The man said accusingly, nudging his very anxious friend with his gun.

Delilah's eyes sharpened slightly as she stared towards the anxious man from the bushes, shallowing her breathing as she held the gun close to her.

"Listen, we were just on our-" Skeezy started to speak, pulling back anxiously as the redneck pointed his gun at him, Delilah's gun rose, eye closing slightly as she had aim of the guys head in case of any fowl-play.

"How 'bout emptying them pockets first?" The redneck spoke, his accent thick and the hat on his head not hiding the sweat that was rolling down his forehead, the three stood pulling at their empty pockets, showing that they had nothing on them even if they wished upon a genie.

Delilah watched as Sketchy began mumbling again, surely enough about something stupid, flicking away at a spider that had climbed on her boot, Delilah huffed some hair from her face and peered back to the trio that were pointing at Skeezy, "Oh he heard of the Murphy alright, seen him even." The redneck breathed heavily, his finger debating on pulling the trigger.
