She didn't hear his last words and dropped on her knees, surrounding her arms around his neck and broke down into tears cause it was too overwhelming for her to endure. His words dug deeper into her soul, shattering it into pieces. She hugged him tightly, hiding her face in his neck, which made him close his own eyes, shedding silently.
"I...I forgive you. I... please just stop.. D.. don't say it.. Please..." She stuttered, tearing up badly.
A sharp breath exhaled from his mouth, which was stuck in his throat. He felt like a heavy weight got lifted from his chest. Slowly opening his eyes, he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her onto his lap, resting his head against her.
Y/n choked on her tears, which made him rub her back gently to make her calm. He caged her trembling self tightly and allowed her to continue shedding her tears as she buried her face in his neck.
"W.. Why.. Why are you like this.. why... You're so bad.. So bad.." She stuttered between her sobs, hitting on his chest strangthlessly with her fist. He didn't reply but caressed her hair softly.
She needed to take out her emotions cause he had hurt and terrified her that night so badly. She was really petrified of him, and that was still stinging his heart.
"Y.. You're worse.."
He said nothing but wordlessly heard her bubbling while crying hard on his chest. She choked as he kept stroking her hair and rubbing her back gently, letting her take everything out.
After some time, her loud whimper turned into soft sobs, and her breathings slowly calmed down. She dropped her hand on his chest with a last harmless hit and grabbed his coat for support. He softly pecked her hair and pressed his cheek on the top of her head, firming his grip around her.
"Why are you like this?" She breathed out softly after a few minutes, which made Taehyung slowly open his eyes.
He slightly tilted his head to get a glimpse of her face. He thought she was sleeping, but her big doe eyes were wide awake, staring right back at him. Her nose had turned red, and her rosy cheeks were damp with her big tear. He smiled before cupping her soft cheek with his large palm and gently wiped her tears away as she stared at him.
"Like what?" He asked with a faint smile lingering on his face as she battled her lashes before pulling her head from his shoulder and gazing at him.
"Sometimes you make me feel like I'm living a life of a princess in a fairytale, like paradise. And sometimes you make me feel like a caged girl, trapped by a bloodthirsty demon who is going to suck her blood and consume her raw."
