The wind was blowing strongly against her bare, soft skin. Her loose hair strands were floating in the air as she aimlessly peered at the horizon with her lost eyes.
The sun had completely disappeared, and the darkness had engulfed the sky, but she remained rooted in that spot for who knows how long.
Wearing a sleeveless crimson pink gown that covered her till her knees. In that chilly weather, she stood there by the railing, lost in thoughts about the events of the afternoon.
Flashback
The second his lips pressed against hers, Y/n fisted her palms and forcefully pushed him away with her entire strength. In his weak hold, she succeeded in her attempt and as soon as his body moved slightly away from her, there was loud striking sound in the room as in the very next second, Jungkook's head tossed sharply to the other side.
"Don't you dare!!!" Y/n shouted at him, her flaming eyes on the verge of tearing up.
"Don't you dare to do that to me again, Jeon Jungkook. Never ever forget that I'm a married woman. I'm someone's wife. I belong to someone else." Y/n's raging voice echoed against the four walls of that room as she glared at his tilted head with her blazing eyes. A sob slipped through her parted lips as she wiped the back of her palm over her mouth before glaring at him again, who still hadn't looked at her.
"What did you say, huh? I used him.. NO!! You're wrong. I wasn't easily swayed. I followed my heart. I'm not a random girl to fall for one's looks or sweet talks.. Nooo!! He earned me.. He earned my trust. He is the man who won my heart. He is the man who touched my soul, not just my body. I love him, and I won't let anyone undermine my love for him, not even you." Y/n took out the bottled emotions inside her.
"I'm not coming anywhere with you. You can't force me. You get that! Don't ever cross these lines with m -"
Y/n stopped herself from speaking when Jungkook slowly tilted his head and finally looked at her in the eyes, a small smile playing by the corner of his lips.
Y/n suddenly froze, watching him smiling as she didn't register what had just happened. Her eyes filled with sudden shock and fear when she recalled that she had just... she had slapped him.. She looked at her trembling hand, the same hand with which she slapped him before looking back at him, who was staring at her with a faint smile. Her heart abruptly raced in fear as she darted her eyes at his cheek.
"K... Kook.. I..I'm sorr..." She choked on her words, not knowing what to say when Jungkook suddenly started chuckling, but what broke her heart were those tears glistening in his pained gaze.
"You love him..." He said, letting out a painful laugh.
The tears brimming in Y/n's eyes gushed down hearing his painful chuckle as he shook his head, turning his back on her, but before that, she saw it. An embarrassing tear dropped from his left eye, which he wiped immediately, but still she saw it.
