Ariel exited the airport with her suitcase and two hug bags on her shoulders.

"Taxi!" Her voice yelled.

Yellow taxis flew past her, ignoring her shouting.

"HEY! TAXI!" She screamed, loudly.

Finally one jerked to a stop and she packed her stuff into the car trunk. Ariel entered in the taxi. She told the driver to where she wanted to go. Once she finished, he sped off.

"So what are you doing with all those bags?" The driver asked.

She replied, "Oh, I'm moving."

"So is this your first time in London?" The old man driver questioned more.

Ariel nodded, "First time out of America ever."

"Wow, well you are going to love it here," he smiled.

After he said that, he didn't speak for the whole trip. Ariel sat there, leaning against the window, thinking about her mother. She sighed, remembering the funereal. Remembering what happened and how she died. Soon the car stopped. Ariel sat up straight and exited out of the taxi. She got her luggage from the back. Ariel plotted her stuff on the curb. She handed the money through the window.

"Thank you," she smiled.

The driver tilted his cap before he drove away. She looked up to find the apartment complex. Ariel strapped strapped the two bags on her shoulders again and rolled her suitcase up the stairs. She took out the key that the person sent her. Ariel turned the key and found more stairs. She moaned and went up the flight of stairs. She walked up to her apartment. Shouting came from the apartment next to hers.

"Dan! We need to watch Anime!"

"Who the hell is Dan?" She thought to herself as she looked for her key.

Ariel found the key and moved it inside the knob. She opened to a blank, dull room. Her arm and shoulders got tired and she let the bags to the ground and the suitcase lay down. She breathed.

Ariel checked her watch, "The moving truck will be here in 24 hours."

"Great," she laid onto the carpet.

That night, all she had was to sleep with a blanket and a stuffed animal her mom gave to her when she was five.

Late the next morning, Ariel woke up to the sound of a knocking at her door. She sighed and opened the door to find the moving men. Her brunette hair was messy as ever and she wore a long, white shirt with black shorts. They handed her a paper with a clipboard. She signed her signature then after backed away from the door. The men brought in her small couch first. As the guys were setting up and bringing stuff up, Ariel sat outside the apartment. She was hunger for some food, mostly she was craving for pizza. Ariel walked up to the apartment next to her and knocked.

"Dan get the door," the voice from last night screamed, "I'm too busy!"

Ariel watched the ground as the door opened.

"Watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer does not count as busy!" A different voice shouted.

She looked up as the person who opened the door turned around. It was a young man with black hair and sweet brown eyes. He stared at her as she stared at him.

Ariel got out of his trance, "Um.. I just moved in next door, as you can see with the boxes and the delivery guys.. Well I was wondering if there was a pizza place around here!"

"Yeah, one up the street," he smirked, "I know it well."

She laughed and smiled, "Thank you...."

"Dan," he smiled back.

There was a shout from the distance, in the apartment, "and I'm Phil!"

"Nice to meet you both," she beamed.

Ariel started to walk away before Dan's voice made her stop, "Welcome to London."

She turned around at him and said something before she went down the stairs, "Thank you for the welcome."
