Chapter 11 - 'Clear My Name?'

Sometime later, they all are in two cars driving to Hightown. Several minutes later, Sharon, Becca, Bucky, Sofia, Sam, and Zemo enter Sharon's place. Once inside, they see that there are artwork and sculptures everywhere. Sam looks around and says, "It looks like breaking all those laws is treating you well."

"At some point, I thought if I had to hustle, I might as well enjoy the life of a real hustler," Sharon replies. "You know how much I'll get for a real Monet?"

Sam gives her a look and says, "Easy. Deactivate your hustle mode. You sell fake Monets."

"No," Zemo replied. "She means real." Sam stops as Zemo and Loki follow Sharon. "This gallery is specialized in stolen artwork. Monet. Van Gogh. Classics."

Bucky and the girls stop and look at Sam. Bucky adds, "It's true. You know, half the artwork in museums like the Louvre is fake. Real stuff sits in places like this."

Sam pulls out his phone to check if they're right and says, "Okay, guys, I see what you're doing. You're more worldly than good old Sam."

Bucky and the girls then follow Sharon. Bucky whispers, "Yeah. What's google say?"

The girls giggle as they see Sam's reaction. Sam looks up, shocked, and says, "No shit."

"Come on," said Sharon. "You guys need to change. I'm hosting clients in an hour."

Several minutes later, Sam finds a shirt to wear. While the others have already changed and are now sitting down, getting drinks, or relaxing. Sharon passes by Sam and says with a smile, "Much better."

Sam looks at Sharon and asks, "What's going on, Sharon? You don't ever wanna come back home?"

"They'll lock me up if I step foot back in the States. Madripoor doesn't allow extradition."

"I'm sorry I didn't call, but after The Blip and the chaos, I just..."

"Look, you know the whole hero thing is a joke, right? I mean, the way you gave up that shield, deep down, you must know it's all hypocrisy."

Zemo pours himself a drink and replies, "He knows. And not so deep down."

"By the way, how is the new Cap?" asks Sharon.

"Don't get me started," Bucky replied, not looking at her.

Sharon scoffs and sits down next to Bucky. "Please. You buy into all that stars and stripes bullshit. Before you were his pet psychopath, you were Mr. America! Cap's best friend. And you..." She points to Becca. "You were also his best friend but friends with benefits. Minus the fact that now you two have a kid together."

Bucky pauses, then looks at Sam. "Wow. She's kind of awful now."

"I would have to agree with him on this," Becca commented as she stared at Sharon with curiosity.

"Regardless, I think the new Captain America is nothing but a selfish jackass with an attitude problem," Sofia replied.

Sharon glances at Bucky, Becca, and Sam, then points at Sofia and asks, "Who are you?" Sofia gives Sharon a specific look.

Bucky glances at Sofia, back at Sharon, and replies, "Oh, Sharon, this is Sofia. Sofia, this is Sharon Carter."

"So let me guess, you're his girlfriend?"

"She's my Fiancé. Actually."

Sharon looks at Sofia and is surprised. "Ah." Sofia smiles at Sharon with a raised eyebrow.

Zemo, equally shocked, comments, "The Winter Soldier, getting married? Now I've seen everything."

Sharon leans back in the chair and asks Sofia, "So do you have powers? Or have special skills?"
