24 | Dirty Secret

It's late as I walk back home. The cold air on my face and I've been in my head all day. I was close to the apartment and the closer the more I noticed someone standing there.

I furrowed my brows and didn't bother to pay attention. "Jisung?" I looked to whoever it was and immediately stopping. What is she doing here?

"June," I said her name and it was mostly to make sure it was really her. "What are you doing here?"

"I-I know" I shake my head and she walks closer to me "I saw"

"What are you talking about?" I question. There was no way she saw Minho and me. We haven't even been together recently. She walks to me and her pointer finger jams into my chest, making me step back "What the fuck?!"

She grimaced "You're sick" She spat "Yours a slut, trying to seduce him in our home" Oh, she saw that. My drunken mistake.

My mouth dried and I knew I looked guilty. "It wasn't—"

"You let him fuck you?" She asks, "Your so desperate that you let a guy with a girlfriend fuck you?!" She yells loudly and pushes me roughly, making me stumble over my feet and fall to the ground and into the rocks.

"He never wanted you!" She continued to yell at me, "He was just lonely and knew you would give in!" She steps back "Look at you, you were his dirty fucking secret" she tears me down and I couldn't say anything because she was right. I did let him fuck me even though I knew he had a relationship.

"Hey!" She looks away and towards the building "If you don't leave I will call the cops"

She looks down at me and glares "Leave him alone" She tells me and walks away. I was frozen. I mean didn't I just ruin his life?

"Jisung" I looked to Jeongin, he was worried and helped me up, "Let's go inside"

I was quiet as we got into the apartment, sitting on the couch and Jeongin left to the restroom. Coming back with a damp wash cloth and bandages. I watch as he takes my hands and cleans off the small cuts that I didn't realize were there from my fall.

"Gonna tell me what happened?"

"I was sleeping with her boyfriend," I tell him the truth and Jeongin looks at me to see if I was lying but I wasn't.

"You knew?"

I nod slowly and he looks back down to bandage my cuts. "He's my professor" His head snaps back to me with eyes wide, "Just give me all the shit you're thinking"

Jeongin was silent for a moment "Is he hot?"

I look at him and a smile rises on my face we both laugh, I sit back on the couch and he does the same. "Yeah, pretty fucking hot"

"It's worth it then, isn't it?" He tries to lighten the mood.

I frown "Well, it's over now so it doesn't matter what is worth it"

I felt him look at me, "He's the one you fell in love with?"

I nod slowly and let out a sad chuckle "I don't mean anything to him" Felt my voice crack, "He chose her and of course he did, shes his girlfriend and I was... his dirty secret"

"Have you talked to him about it?"

I look at Jeongin and sigh "He's the one that ended it, I'm pretty sure he doesn't care" Jeongin also sighs loudly and stares at the ceiling. A knock on the door makes him get up to get it. I just continue to space out, "Who—" Jeongin's voice confused.

I furrow my brows and turn my head and look at who is at the door. my eyes caught sight of Jeongin moving aside and there he was. Minho. My professor.

Jeongin looked between us and realization hit him, "I'm gonna go to bed" He walked away and into his room.

Minho hesitantly walks in and closes the door "Can we talk?"

I look away "She knows"
