It was raining heavily in Gotham as the time was eight twenty five p.m. The bat signal was shining in the sky as the batmobile was driving through the streets while a police broadcast was being played in the vehicle.
Officer: [On Radio] All units, proceed to Gotham city hall.
Officer: [On Radio] The Joker has been apprehended. Batman is now en route to Arkham Island.

Alex continued driving through the streets as he looked at the passenger seat and saw Joker giggling while looking at the city.

The Joker is an insane, homicidal supervillain and the arch nemesis of Alex. His exact origin is a mystery however in multiple interviews, he has said that Alex was somehow involved however many believed that this was a lie.
After one of the doctors told him about this, Joker admitted that he doesn't remember how all of this happened and that the various stories were inspired by a friend who once told him,"If you're gonna have an origin story, it may as well be a multiple choice." However, It was entirely possible that this too was a lie.
Alex first met Joker back in Christmas Eve when he took over Roman Sionis's gang and placed a fifty million dollar bounty on Ambrose. However Alex managed to defeat the assassins and stopped Joker during the Blackgate riot. Over the years, Joker has done many horrendous things in order for Alex to break his code and kill him however, Joker plans always fails.
