Croc's lair was located underneath the intensive treatment building. Warden Sharp kept Waylon trapped in the sewers since he knew he can easily break out of his cell and escape the island so after transferring him to the old sewers. Arkham Guards sealed all exit points in the sewers to make sure he doesn't escape. The guards regularly threw raw meat in the sewers just to feed him.

Croc's lair also had maintenence platforms in case guards are needed to enter the lair and escorted Waylon out to his lair for his daily therapy sessions.

The lair was filled with silence as the platforms were floating by the waters and Crane's mask was shown on the platform. The mask was filled with blood and there were pieces of flesh on the mask.

Silence continued to emit around the sewers as a audio transmission was heard and someone began speaking.

Natasha: [On Radio] Bats, you there? You haven't spoken at all since you entered the sewers. Are you sure you didn't turned into Croc's dinner?

Silence was once again heard in the sewers as Natasha sighed to herself and said something.

Natasha: [On Radio] I'm gonna count to three. If I don't hear a response from you then I'm heading to the sewers.

Silence was once again heard as Natasha said something.

Natasha: [On Radio] Three. . . . Two-

Alex grunted as he was holding his arm and was struggling to get up until he heard a growl as the vigilante turned around and saw who it was
