After we got our food from Wendy's , I asked Meko to drop me off at my house . Even though Jody said not to , I want to check on my mom .

She pulled up to my house and all of the lights were off , which was weird but I just ignored it . I thanked Meko for the ride and watched her drive off then approached the front door , which happened to be open already .

I opened the door , not expecting to see what I saw sitting in my living room . King holding a .45 . I didn't panic , I just walked and waited for him to speak . Before I made it to my staircase , he told me to stop and I did . He walked towards me , leaning in my ear .

King : This is for not obeying me like you should have .

He punched me in my face but I didn't cry . I refused to cry in front of him . He kept going at me until he pulled out his gun . He looked at me in my eyes .

King : I love you .

That's all I heard when he shot me . I looked down at my stomach and blood was coming out of it . He left me in my house to bleed to death . I grabbed my phone then dialed 911 . All I managed to get out was help before I blacked out .
