Moonlight Vampires

The battle

*CRASH* Suddenly, I hear a loud sound of broken glass. My window has just been shattered. I slowly turn around, my eyes wide, frightened by the violence of the shock, and scared of the person I'm gonna discover. A man is standing in my room, brushing his sleeve to remove some glass shards. He's wearing a red and black suit, the same kind as the seven vampires I know, except for the colour. He's looking at me, a serene expression on his face, as if he had not just broken into my room.

"You must be wondering about my identity. I shall answer all your questions in due time. But fear not, for your nightmare has come to an end. I am here to save you" the man said, a hand on his heart.
"Save me?" I asked.
"Of course. Aren't you locked up here without your consent?"

How does he know that? I guess it doesn't matter for now. He's right. I'm locked up here. And it seems he can help me escape.
I nodded.

"Don't you want to go back to your life? See your friends again?"

My friends... It feels like an eternity since I last saw them. All this situation seemed unreal, like a parenthesis, a bad dream. But I do have a life out there. Despite it all, do I want to get it back? The situation is still strange and I don't grasp all the details but... I feel better living here now. The vampires treat me well. Do I want to go?

"Seems like those vampires became your new friends. I'm not surprised. They always do that"
"What do you mean they always do that?"
"My dear, you're not the first victim I'm afraid. For a long time, they have been kidnapping female humans, trapped them here and used them as a blood fountain. They treat them well to win their trust so they can better drink their blood when it pleases them."

Oh no... Is that true? I cannot believe it... But why would he lie? It was all a scheme from the start... I'm just another victim as he said... That's why they still haven't told me about the reason of my stay. That's why they have kept me here unlike my friends. They could only keep one of us, and it happened to be me... I should have trusted my instinct.

He continued. "You must feel betrayed... No worries, this is normal, they all feel betrayed when I reveal the truth to them. But I'll take you out of here, you have my word. I won't let you stay here and run to your death."
"To my death?"
"Oh dear, have you forgotten how many they are? Seven. Seven vampires who will bite you one after the other all day. You won't last for long. They will quickly empty your body. In no time, not a single drop of blood will be in your veins."

How could I forget this? Seven vampires who only feed on blood. Of course I'm not gonna make it...
My whole body was shaking. Fear invaded my every limb. Tears started to appear at the corners of my eyes.

"Shhh don't cry my dear, your nightmare is over. I am here to save you. Nothing is going to happen to you now. You are safe with me. Now let's get you out of here before it's too late"

He extended his hand towards me. He's my only chance at escaping. I extended my hand to place it in his.
*WARP*
"I knew I'd find you here, Drago"
Taehyung was behind the man, who was apparently called Drago, a dagger on his neck. He looked very threatening.
"Took you long enough to find me" said Drago, seemingly unsurprised.
"Stop this madness outside and I'll consider keeping you alive" threatened Taehyung.
"If you give me the human, I'll stop everything. The cards are in your hands"

I was lost looking at them both. I don't know what to think anymore.

"In your dreams, you'll never put your hands on her. She's ours!" Taehyung looked at me, his brows furrowed.
"I know you want to keep her as your food source. Poor thing..." Drago said sympathetically.
Taehyung looked at me, seemingly uncertain of what to say. He then looked at Drago again.
"We keep her for her blood"
"I'm glad you finally admit it. All this time she didn't know!" Drago turned to me. "This is the danger you're in right now"
