Good ending - Hoseok

Seokjin took a deep breath. "I chose to... make her one of us"

"You will... turn her into a vampire?" Jimin asked, as if hoping for a last-minute change of mind.

"Yes. It may be a selfish choice, but she is part of our family now. And I think she deserves another chance at living with us" Seokjin explained.

"Wait..." A very low voice called from behind.

Everyone turned at the sound of it. It belonged to Hoseok, who was struggling on the ground.

"Hoseok!! You're conscious!!" Jimin exclaimed.

"I heard... what happened... And I heard... your decision..." Hoseok said between pained breaths.

"I understand you may not be in favour" Seokjin started to answer.

"I want... to do it" Hoseok said determined.

"What? But your voice could change her fate!!" Jimin objected.

"The decision... was made. I cannot... go against it now..." Hoseok replied.

Jimin was speechless. He couldn't understand Hoseok's decision to surrender without a fight. They could have convinced Seokjin to reconsider. Hoseok's voice had more weight as the "doctor" of the family.

"Are you sure you want to perform the ritual? You're out of strength" Seokjin said, concerned.

Hoseok nodded and crawled towards Y/N, refusing the help offered by the others. They didn't insist.

He reached her body after much effort, breathless.

"I'm sorry... I cannot heal you... What I'm about to give you... is certainly a poisoned gift... Forgive me..." Hoseok whispered.

He extended his bloody arm to her mouth for her to swallow some drops. He had no strength left to reach the top of her body. Resigned, he bit her calf to drink some of her blood in order to perform the ritual.

Then, he laid on the ground next to her body and closed his eyes, falling unconscious again.

"Let's help them get back to the manor" Seokjin ordered. Yoongi carried Hoseok and Jimin carried Y/N. Jimin looked at her with a bit of regret and anger. It was too late to do anything else. They both left at the same time.

I could hear sounds around me with a strange precision. An owl flapping its wings, the wind rustling through the leaves of the trees, the breath of someone close to me who was lightly tapping the sheets of the bed with his hand, nervous.

I opened my eyes slowly. They immediately landed on Hoseok whose face lit in an instant.

"You're awake!" Hoseok exclaimed, trying not to raise his voice too much.

"I hear you loud and clear" I answered, covering my ears.

"Is it possible that you have already developed a sharp hearing?" Hoseok wondered, talking to himself.

"Why would I develop it overnight? Have you performed some kind of magic on me? A new potion?" I asked, teasing him.

His face clouded and he looked at me with a serious gaze. Had I said something wrong?

"Y/N... Do you recall last night's events?"

"I don't know... My mind is fuzzy, I feel quite unable to think about yesterday. Did I get hurt in some way and you healed me once again? I'm getting used to you saving my life" I said smiling.
