Athena's POV

I bounced an almost two AK in my lap, "Say Mama." AK giggled, "Dada!" I glowered, "Mama." AK giggled again, "Dada!" I glared at Jethro as he drove us to NCIS, trying not to smile, "You monster." Jethro started laughing, "He just likes me more." I frowned, "Mama?" AK thought about it and then smacked his hands on my cheeks, "Mama! Mama! Mama! Mama! Mama!" I looked started, "Woah! Wait, too much!" Jethro chuckled and parked the car, "Adorable." Jethro grabbed our bags and we all got into the elevator, heading up to our floor, only for Tony to stop the doors, getting in himself.

Jethro glanced at Tony, "You sure you're up for this?" Tony smiled, looking up at the ceiling, "Never felt better." I raised an eyebrow, "Yeah?" Tony nodded, "Yeah. By the way, how come you got better so quickly? Can you spot me some of that healing voodoo?" I smirked, "I don't think you'll like it." Jethro faced towards the doors, "You look like crap." Tony smiled slightly, "I missed you too, Boss." Jethro sighed, "You've got another week of sick leave coming, Tony. You should take it."

Tony shook his head, "I was going crazy at home. Maybe I'm not one hundred percent, but you need me." Jethro shot a glance at him and Tony nodded, "Okay, what about Cait and McGee? They're practically lost without me." Jethro huffed a laugh, "They've gotten more work done in the last two weeks than they have all year." Tony stared at me and I snickered, "I'm lost without you, Tony. And AK missed you." AK giggled, "Tony!" Tony smiled and made faces at AK as we walked through the bullpen, "But they did miss me right?"

Jethro nodded, "Yeah, something like that." Tony grinned, "I can't wait to see their faces." Tony hunched down to sneak past to get to his desk and I sat at mine, across from Jethro, nodding to AK's babble. Tony tried to surprise Cait and got ignored by her and McGee, Cait walked over to Jethro's desk, "Virginia State Police just got a 911 call, Gibbs. Two dead sailors." Jethro looked at his computer, "Where?" Cait read off her notes, "In a car off Route 17 in Fredericksburg."

Jethro stood up, "Let's roll, honey, stay with Abby, please." I smiled and AK waved goodbye to his father, "Dada!" AK giggled as McGee tickled his stomach before he left and I stood up, "Ready to go see Abby?" AK bounced in my arms, babbling happily as we got into the elevator to get down to Abby's lab. I walked into Abby's lab and smiled, "Abbs. I brought a gift for you." Abby smiled widely and took AK from my arms, "AK!" AK giggled, "Ab!"

I flopped in her desk chair and groaned, "It took him forever to say 'mama' and he says 'Ab' like it's nothing. What am I doing wrong?" Abby smiled softly as she bounced AK in her arms, "You're a wonderful mother. Don't think you are doing anything wrong. Gibbs bribes him when you're not around to say 'dada'." I gasped in fake offense, "He bribed my son because he couldn't get AK to say dada normally?" Abby giggled at my face, "Maybe." I pouted, "Rude."

AK giggled in Abby's arms, glancing at me every now and then, causing me to stare at him, "Are you trying to make me jealous, young man?" AK giggled and hid his face in Abby's neck, causing Abby to giggle and hand him back to me, "Alright, little brother. I got a case to crack." AK rubbed his nose against mine and giggled as Abby started on the case and I made faces at him.

"Well, hey, there, little lady," Tony came into the lab, faking a deep voice. Abby smiled and ran up to him, hugging him, "Tony! You're back! I missed you!" Tony laid down in front of the doorway and he looked at Abby, "So, what did I miss?" Bert farts and AK giggles as Tony looked over at us, "Hey, you two." Abby giggled, "AK loves Bert. Anyway, Gibbs has been really cranky since you've been gone. I think his knee's bothering him. And, uh, Cait broke up with some lawyer guy, which is really good, 'cause he wasn't very big on personal hygiene, and-"

Tony sighed, "About the case, Abbs. I got a glimpse of the bomb. It was definitely a pro job." Abby smiled, "You are correct, sir." Abby laid beside Tony and I giggled at the two of them, "I've run ten samples. The main electric charge is C-4 with a small amount of pine resin, naphtha, quicklime, calcium phosphate, sulfur, or niter. I can't single one out right now." I whispered, "Greek Fire." I then stood up quickly and wrote some coordinates down, "Tony, I have a very important job for you." Tony looked at me from the ground, "Great. You have a lead don't you?" I nodded quickly and handed him AK, "I have an idea anyway. Please hold on to AK for me, if he gets hungry, there is baby food in my bag." I gave him the bag and kissed both of them on the head, "Don't go anywhere. And for the love of the Gods, don't tell Jethro where I am. I'll be with the FBI at these coordinates." I handed Tony a piece of paper, grabbed my purse, and hurried to the store to get the ingredients. I called Aaron on the way there, hoping the team wasn't busy and could meet me at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant Base.
